  Satellite did an awesome job w replacing my front windshield! It doesn't get any better than entering work with cracked glass that is expanding almost daily and to come out hours later to a brand new windshield w/o having to wait/schedule appointments during time off or to have to take time off to get the work handled. Great customer service. Hope i never need you again but if I do, you'll be the first one i call!! (BTW, no cost to me with my insurance coverage)

  I called to set up a mobile service and scheduled the appointment during my work hours. The a tech was very nice and tried to do the repair, but in my case the repair did not work (which sometimes does not). The tech told me that if I was not satisfied to please stop by the office and figure out the next step. So a few days later I walked into the office and met Tim and Leah, booth super friendly and wanted to help. I told Tim what happened with the mobile repair and he looked up my information and told me that is no problem to replace my wind shield since the repair did not work. He also said we can do this without having to make another claim with my insurance which made the process even better. I would have to bring the car in to get the glass replace because my car had to be recalibrated for safety features on the my car. Within days I had my appointment and was getting the wind shield replaced. Leah told me it could take to 2 to 3 hours for everything to get done and planned to wait for it in the waiting area. After about 30 minutes I deceived to walk near by restaurant to have a quick lunch. When I returned my car was ready to go and with everything completed. It was a less than even to 2 hours. During my wait I found myself listening to the interaction with the staff and they a were positive and enjoyed working with each other. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time and would highly recommend the safelite at 736 East Ridge Road in Rochester NY. They are professional, personal and friendly.

  Female repairs person came, was looking around our garage for a power source her battery was dead and we were the first appointment of the day so she was unprepared put a little glue on the spot and got out her heat gun five minutes later she’s done. charged my credit card. It looked terrible. Didn’t look like anything was even touched she admitted yeah sometimes it doesn’t look like I did anything, but maybe it’s a little less noticeable for you! it’s right in our Field of vision. We took pictures, It’s spread right back to where it was before she did anything. Not happy.

  Would rate negative starts if possible ,Poor customer service , poor technicians , I came with a small chip in windshield I was told it would not expand after repair and and soon as I left the lot it expanded into a major crack needing a full replacement staff was totally unhelpful

  My appointment is 3pm showed up early at 2:30 pm they took four walk in before me I had to address the lady at the desk did not get pulled in tell 3:40 pm, rude customer service lady I will never use them again but my work sent me to them
