  I recently brought my vehicle here for a windshield repair that was covered by insurance. They replaced the tinted windshield with a non-tinted windshield.. They left a mess on the inside of the vehicle with debris everywhere.. And they didn’t even bother to seal the rain and debris covers back down in the front.. I wouldn’t recommend anybody go here

  The whole process took 1 1/2 hours and the employees were very cordial and accomodating. Excellent experiance.

  Andrew was professional and detailed in his work. He made sure we were happy with his work and communicated with all details as he replaced glass on our vehicle. He is friendly and we were very happy with his service. He made a frustrating situation feel so much better with care and detailed attention to our vehicle.

  Technician was unable to fix a small chip in my windshield. After 45 mins, there was absolutely no improvement. Looked exactly the same. Now I have to go to a safelite shop to get a replacement. Supposed to take 3 hours. They do not offer a shuttle and it is 20 mins. away. Manager suggested I take an Uber. Wow, thanks.

  Scheduled and paid for on site windshield replacement 2009 Impala to be done 7/15 between 1-6 pm. At 4pm they messaged they would be there within the hour. No show. At 5:45 they cancelled saying an earlier job went long. Rescheduled for 7/17. Today they said they can not sent out a technician due to area wide poor air quality. They offered to send someone to pick up the car and take it to the service center and back for a $50 fee or they would do the work if we could bring it in. I arrived at the service center and they had all of their service bay doors wide open. The store manager was friendly and professional and said they would have preferred to send tecnicians out but "corporate" would not allow it. I pointed out to him all the service bay doors were wide open and he said they needed "air movement". I contacted customer service but the representative said she was limited to sending a complaint to the store manager. The windshield was replaced very quickly. The store manager said he would send my email address to the regional level and I should expect to be contacted by them. I await an explanation as to how the air quality on E Ridge Rd is better than 8 miles to the west.
