  Chad was on time and called before he arrived. He fixed everything within 45 minutes and did a great job. The windshield looks great! Thanks!

  Absolutely no problems. No unexpected bad news. There's always bad news when someone works on your car. Technicians were very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Smiled. Didn't find one piece of glass on the ground.

  My first time using Safelite. Insurance referred me. A very large unfriendly woman demanded my keys upon arrival and not even 10 minutes later than a technician wandered in and told me the job was done. The chip that had appeared in my windshield seems to be even larger and now there is debris and residue all over my windshield. I asked the previously mentioned woman what exactly happened and she took her time to give me the runaround. I asked her why it went by so quick, and if this sort of thing happens often. I asked if I could talk to the technician she said that he had left for the day. As I was walking out, I saw the very same technician in the garage. This was just a terrible job with some really terrible customer service. I had to call my insurance company and escalate this repair to a full replacement because of their general lack of effort, professionalism and service. That took even more time out of my day, and I simply just don’t wanna have to return to this location And put for more time and energy. Were I not needing to use Safelite again I would 100% take my business elsewhere. Don’t go to this location honestly. It would be weird to find literally anywhere else. I cannot emphasize enough how this whole process has made me feel worse than when I started and I still have a hole in my windshield. It was just terrible and I believe these people should be held accountable for their terrible job.

  While the technicians handled the windshield service without issue, the front desk experience needs serious improvement. The staff member upfront was unhelpful, had a poor attitude, and repeatedly gave incorrect answers regarding the appointment and timeline. Good repair work is appreciated, but baseline professionalism and accurate communication at the front desk should not be too much to ask.

  Jesse was a professional and friendly technician who explained his work process, answered my questions, and provided some helpful advice for removing the wiper arms in the future. While I never hope to see him again, I’d be happy to have him work on any car I own in the future.
