  Chad is the BEST technician Safelite has in my area hands down. I’ve had him multiple times over the years and his service and attention to detail has always been top notch. When they sent a different tech before, I wasn’t too impressed. I wish they’d have a “technician request” box when you file a claim, but it was all set up by my insurance company when I filed claim online

  Jesse from Safelite replaced my windshield after it suffered some damage from a big stick. The initial appt day was very windy, and after assessing the available space and lighting we decided to hold off until a better date (wind knocked the power out at my office). He reassured me the windshield was OK in its current state to continue driving, told me what to look for if it became unsafe, and helped me reschedule to a better time. When that arrived, we pulled my car into the warehouse at my office building to get out of the rain. He performed the replacement and camera calibration with practiced speed, and answered more than my questions about the whole process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and brought a great attitude. Thanks again, Jesse and Safelite.

  Could not have been happier with the service at Safelite. Appointment was easy to make online and when I showed up I was welcomed with a very enthusiastic person at the desk. Waiting room was clean, and while they said to expect a 1-2 hr service time, I was out of there in 45 minutes. To top it off, they were able to transfer my registration and inspection stickers such that they didn’t look terrible.

  The technician (Ivan) came within the scheduled time frame, was polite and friendly, and did the work promptly and properly. They re-applied our inspection sticker and placed our new registration sticker. They also re-applied the rearview mirror and remote start sensor. Windshield looks fantastic. Overall, job well done.
