  Don’t do it! We will never use this company again. We made a reservation on 4/6 for a pickup at 5pm. My husband called back a few hours later to change the time to 9am this morning. We drove a half hour to the airport only to be told our time was never changed in the system and they don’t have a vehicle for us. Not acceptable!!! We had to give our dog medication this morning for the drive so we can leave by noon. We also have hotel reservations this evening. Our compensation? Discount coupons. As if we’d ever use them again. Staff doesn’t care. Company doesn’t care about your time or plans. Enterprise got us a van immediately. They saved our day. BTW, Enterprise and National are owned by the same people so how can they be complete opposite???

  I rented a vehicle from this company and accidentally left my eyeglasses in the car when I returned it. I contacted the office the next day and have since visited twice in person to follow up. It has been almost a month, and I still have not received any update or response regarding my lost item. I understand that lost property situations can be challenging, but I would have appreciated better communication and customer service. A simple update, even if the item could not be found, would have been helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the follow-up process has been disappointing

  I have rented here consistently for months ! The whole staff is nothing short of helpful and kind! They have the best cars and service ! I am truly thankful for the Rochester National team!
