  Went in with a $76.99 coupon for a synthetic high milage oil change and a tire rotation ($29.99 in value they claim). They said they were busy so I had to make an appointment to come back the next day. That's fine. Dropped the car off and came back an hour later. They didn't do the tire rotation so I asked about it, they said that the front treads are better so I should wait till next time to do the rotation. I said fine. They still billed me for the whole package and said that it doesn't matter whether they do the tire rotation or not. After I paid and checked the invoice, I find out that they did NOT use the high milage oil that the coupon was for. Not only that, they charged me $77.99 before tax instead of $76.99. After I repeatedly mentioned $76.99 both before and during the payment. These are all minor errors but all combined makes for a horrible experience. Will not be going back. Feels like I've been cheated out of my money.

  I am very disappointed about the price of an oil change. $207.00 with tax for an oil change is truly price gouging. I understand my vehicle takes 10 quarts of oil. But the same oil is around $7 a quart in stores and Mr Tire charged me $19.99 that is truly not fair and I will never use them again. The ford dealer would have been a better option.
