  Brakes ,rotors and 2 tires mounted and balanced for an extremely fair price. Almost $200 less than my normal shop and no complaints. Drives like its new again.

  Had an appointment 6/22 @430pm they close at 7pm I get there at 4 o’clock and the guy tells me we’re not gonna be able to do your vehicle today, I had a couple people call in. I called customer service.. They sent me a $50 gift certificate and said that it was unable to be used with the current service. I rescheduled my appointment for the next day at 7:30 before I leave. I tell the manager I’m out of work around four 430 then proceeded to tell me oh it’ll be done way before that so I said all right if it’s not give me a call cause I’ll be working. He said he would be personally doing it himself. Never called me I show up at 4 o’clock lo and behold the al Never called me. I show up at 4 o’clock lo and behold the alignment hadn’t been done. I proceeded to sit there for another 2 1/2 hours while the manager’s employees kick the Willie Bobo with customers and other employees. At one point, a tech walked through the door and said to the manager hey bro, you wanna hit this in which he was referring to a cannabis pen, He then proceeded to say good old nicotine, not noticing that I was sitting there until after he had said what he said, the manager and the tech walked out into the shop area and started coughing and laughing. Very unprofessional not to mention using drugs on the job?? c’mon now. Anyway 2 1/2 hours later my trucks finally done steering wheel isn’t straight. It pulls to the right. Overall I guess I’m happy with the install Only because my tires were bald and I needed them that bad… unhappy with the timeliness of service and how unprofessionally everything was handled. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 and it wasn’t done until 630 at night Even after my appointment the day before was canceled. Terrible service with unskilled technicians. I would never bring another vehicle here if you paid me. I’m stuck with my truck, pulling to the right steering wheel to the left and unsure of bringing it back because of the terrible experience I had. Only thing decent was the price 286 out the door mount balance w/ an alignment. Avoid this place at all costs and save yourself from getting a headache. Here’s another story as I was sitting there waiting for my vehicle to be done. A guy came in. They had been there three prior times because they couldn’t find a leak in his tire told him he was good to go three separate times, each time it still had a leak. And here’s another…the company I work for had to bring the fleet vehicle over there because it’s rented from enterprise and enterprise uses Mr. Tire Get there to pick up the vehicle and they can’t find the keys, the “technician” that Did the Work had it in his pocket and left for the night. Need I say more?? Oh, one more thing I got home only to find that I couldn’t open my door because the Mechanism inside was somehow broken in the process Of having my tires mounted, balanced and aligned.

  This is going to be long but true. Mike was amazing to me with my truck after a BAD experience with the other Mr tire. Mike and his crew especially Max helped get me my truck back and running after almost being down 3 weeks. They did nothing but help me out so I didn't have to keep taking Ubers. I can't say enough good things about this store. I will ALWAYS come back to this Mr tire. They installed my part that needed to be done, it was under warranty but they made it happen, even went to the other Mr tire it was at and picked up my part. They involved the DM with that other location and was very understanding about the situation that they didn't create. They may not have created the situation but they SOLVED IT and for that I couldn't be happier. they had my truck back to me within 1 week and if it was at the other store i wouldn't have it at all. Thank you again for all the help and understanding and for getting me back on the road. The lewis family thanks you

  Every one was friendly and seemed happy to help. I had no issues with using my coupon and would go back. Waiting area was large and clean!

  The worst experience I could ever had, I dropped my car off to only not be looked at after I stood in there lobby with them talking with them about my car and telling the issues with it, to turn around not only not look at it had my car From 8:30am Friday to call the next morning to be disrespected by an manager at that at 8:30am the next morning on a Saturday is insane to me as a customer don’t know if anyone ever looked at my car now my car having more issues then when it went to them.
