  All I can say is these people are awesome!!!!!!!! Dylan helped me with what Marina said was a exhaust system., crazy part was it was not anything but a code!!! This Monroe muffler is a place a will continue to go to.. they are honest!!! If i could recommend to any women a place to bring your vehicle, it would be here!!!

  Around July 25, I brought my car to your shop because one of my tires had a very slow air leak. Before coming in, I had already sprayed the tire with a mixture of dish soap and water at home, but I couldn’t find where the leak was. I explained the situation to the service advisor at the front desk, and he repaired the tire for $50. Last Sunday, I drove to New York City on a long trip and discovered that the tire was still leaking air. I returned to the shop today because the service advisor who helped me the first time told me that if the problem wasn’t fixed, I could come back and they would repair it again at no charge. However, today I was helped by a different employee who had a very poor attitude. He told me I would have to pay again for another repair and insisted that I should replace the tire instead. I was very disappointed by the inconsistent service and the way I was treated, so I left without having anything done. I was extremely upset.

  I want Dillian to be recognized as an asset to Monro Muffler because he was so fast to rotate my tires as I get ready to go on along trip. My appointment was for 2:00p.m. and Dillian took me right in at my scheduled appointment and that meant a lot to me just as his fast service meant so much to me. Dillian has taken care of me the past 3 xs I have been here and he is the reason I will be back again for service.He is a very polite and respectable person and does everthing to please his customers so we do come back. Please give Dillian a big Thank you from me, Donna Prince. God Bless Dillian.

  My car broke down and I had to have it towed. I chose this shop because of its location and availability to be seen on a late Friday afternoon. The young man in charge was welcoming, diligent in making a clear diagnosis - treating me with respect by actually showing me exactly what he meant so that I could understand his recommendations. The repair was done efficiently and the manager worked hard to make the price as fair as possible. Kindness and respect go a long way.
