  I have always had a great experiences here. Both staff and management are honest and thoughtful and always seem concerned with what you need rather than what the can sell you.

  I stopped in to see if they could pull a nail out of my tire and patch it up. The man that "greeted" me was so rude right off the bat, he acted as if I was bothering him for even waking in. They said they would take a look for me, and he came back and insisted that I needed 4 brand new tires today or my car would be dangerous to drive. I told him I could not afford that today and I was looking for a temporary solution until I could gather the money and he kept telling me I needed them now. I again stated I did not have the money whether I wanted to or not. He was visibly even more annoyed and said he would patch one tire because only one was fixable. He also said that one of my tires was showing the wires because it was so bald. I Looked and they werent. He came back in and said I was all set and then charged me $54 for pulling a nail out. Ive never been charged more than $20 to pull a nail out. I was obviously upset and told them if they had stated it would be that much I would have just bought a new tire for $70. He was obviously upset that I wouldn't spend the $700 for new tires. I then pulled put cash to pay and was told they do not accept cash. I told him that was all I had to pay , he then went to the back and somehow came up with change which they had the whoe time, he just didnt want to so his job apparently. I would never come back here as they are clearly crooked and do not value customers.

  In for an oil change and tire rotation. I was disappointed that Monro is now charging for tire rotation. Not pleased with the added cost.
