  Everyone there was so kind and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem and after leaving it overnight I got it back the next day in great condition. Thank you so much! I highly recommend these folks!

  Do not appreciate car being left running with keys and windows open in parking lot while i was paying for car. To many theifs have been happening and this was an easy access for someone

  Mike and the owner were very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to get all 4 tires changed, balanced and a wheel bearing replaced. It took only a few hours and everything came out perfect, they were honest about future work I’ll need done but in no way shape or form pressuring or using sales tactics to get it done right away. Easy to trust these guys recommend 10/10, will use them for any issues i have moving forward.

  If you want to get treated like a stray dog this is the place, I made an appointment and went to the 35 Howard st shop and nobody was there. I waited 20 minutes and called the phone number and after another 15 minutes till I got a human on the line she said she was going to look into it and call me back..she didn’t so I called again and a guy helped me and got me into another shop on elmwoood rd (15 minutes away) and I was concerned that I wouldn’t get taken care of and he of course assured me. I arrived and the man there said he can’t take care of me like promised. Ruined my whole afternoon smdh Great way to run a business and keep customers!

  Very professional, fair, honest group of people who truly care. They take the time to explain the problems with your vehicle, what they recommend to resolve your problems. I am very satisfied with their accuracy, friendly experience. I truly fealt like they cared about what I was going through. I'd recommend Monroe Auto Service to everyone.
