  I am very pleased with Rob, Mgr., at Elmgridge. He found the cause of the clunking noise I've had for a few months after another shop couldn't. Mr. Tim Gifford, District Mgr, was very helpful in arranging the appt at Elmridge for the next day. He also helped me with a situation at another shop where the new Mgr. caused me problems. I appreciate the excellent customer service and caring attitude by Mr. Gifford. I also appreciate Rob's persistence and his customer service to find the clunking problem. Monro is fortunate to have Rob as a employee and Manager.

  I got my oil changed and tires rotated yesterday. They were fast and efficient. All services were completed in about 45 minutes.

  It was easy to make an appointment and they were quick friendly and easy to work with. I always go there and have a great experience.

  Scheduled an appointment for an inspection online. When I arrived they said they had no one on the premises that could do the inspection that was scheduled. Went next door to Firestone and they got me right in on a sunday with no appointment.

  I made an online appt after hours, for a convenient time on Sunday. I dropped the car off and got a ride home. The car was done about 30 minutes later. I was offered a printout of the Valvoline rebate offer.
