  Guys there were great and able to help me out on my vacation with a blown tire. Would go back if I was a local and if I breakdown again nearby I know where I’m going.

  Tech was incredibly kind and helpful remedying a problem that another shop had caused me, explained why it happened, and on top of all of that the price was cheaper.

  Honest on the labor charges, but really serious doubts regarding the parts charges. I came here only because I was caught on a trip miles away from home. These aftermarket parts charges were much higher to those premium quality parts I bought myself, so there are some discrepancies somewhere in the pricing... Also, I knew what part was broken to be fixed, but they were not sure what was the issue.

  I've only ever had good experiences at this location. I honestly don't know much about cars, but I try to do my research. Whenever I have questions, Billy (the manager who is usually manning the front desk) is willing to help. He is clearly knowledgeable and tries to be efficient, and I never feel like I'm being taken for a ride. I trust Monro with my oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and state inspections. When I first moved to NY, and had to pass a state inspection on a tight deadline, I didn't realize front window tint was an automatic fail. Billy let me know before he even started the inspection that I needed to get it fixed and, when I asked, gave me options of where to go to get the tint removed (cheaply and quickly) so I could pass the inspection by the end of the day. That day was a miserable combination of sickness and stress, and he helped get done what needed to be done. I'm new to cars, and have noticed my brake pads have gained more give in the last year. I asked to be shown the brake pads during my oil change, and Billy was able to bring me by my car and point out and explain the good condition of my brake pads and rotars. I'm glad I asked, and I'm glad he found the time (the shop was getting busy) to teach me thing that I have no other way of learning (there's a difference between watching a YouTube video and actually seeing behind your own car's tire). At the end of the day, Monro is a business. But this location, and Billy, prioritize customer relationships over straight profit.
