  Was already having the worst day ever and then my tire blew out. Charles and the mechanic that fixed my tire helped me out immediately and got me back on the road in no time!!! Highly recommend!!! Appreciate you guys!

  DO NOT GO HERE. Feel like my time was wasted and my severe lack of car knowledge was taken advantage of. I recently got a new (used, but new to me) car. I dragged my feet on an inspection and three days before the month ended a “maintenance required” message came on the dash. Thinking it was a check engine light I called and told them that I needed it fixed and an inspection done. They told me my car needed a tune up and that the parts and labor would be about $1000. When I asked what I needed to pass inspection, I was told all but a filter, so I had it all done and was told I’d need to come back for the inspection after driving it to make sure the light didn’t go back on. I picked up my car, got a few miles and realized the light was still on so they told me to bring it right back. When the mechanic looked at it he told me “that’s not a check engine light. Maintenance just means you need an oil change.” Why was I not told that initially?! I still don't know if my car even needed that work to pass inspection. Did I even have to wait to get an inspection if that’s all the light was? Anyway I chalked it up to me being dumb and that it was probably stuff that needed to be done anyway. What really drove me to write all this was that I was messed with again. I was busy the day after the work with no time for my inspection. So the day after that, last day of the month, I made an appointment online for a 6pm inspection around noon. In just under the wire. They called to tell me that their inspector leaves at 4, which would have been understandable but frustrating, if they told me quickly. They called me at 4:30 to tell me the inspector leaves at 4. Now it’s Friday around 5, last day of the month and I’m scrambling to find an inspection tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. Thanks, Monroe!

  This place is the best! Gordon and Charles are both super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend the Chili location!

  I was on my way out of town for a class reunion was having issues with my AC Gordon and his team was able to pull it in the shop quickly to assure me that I was good to go and made an appointment for me to get it fixed on another day that was more convenient. Thank you.
