  I had an appointment Monday for an oil change and inspection. I got a call saying that the machine for inspections was down. Fine, no worries. So I went in for my oil change and got an appointment scheduled for my inspection Sunday at 11am. I was told that it would be quick and I would be in and out in 20 or 30 min since I couldn’t drop off the car and they checked out most of the inspection items while they were doing the oil change just to check that I would pass. When I arrived Sunday, I was told that I needed to drop my car off and it could be up to 4 hours. Essentially I was told that my appointment meant nothing and the gentleman that was there bad mouthed the other employee that scheduled the appointment for me- talking about how he doesn’t know how to do his job. Probably not something you should be saying to customers about your coworker. I told him I only had an hour and if my appointment couldn’t be honored I would like to be rescheduled for another day when it would be. The gentleman got very frustrated and told me he couldn’t get me in during any times that I was available and that he would try to get me in by the time I had to leave. I told him I wasn’t going to wait around for an hour for only a chance to have the inspection done, so I would just leave and go somewhere else. At that, he huffed and puffed and said “give me your keys and disappear for a while” and practically snatched my keys out of my hand. The inspection did end up getting done by the time I needed to leave but overall, it was a very poor experience especially for such basic services. I definitely wouldn’t return for any other services.

  Do not book online, you will show up and they won’t have anything on their schedule for you and you will have to come back. That being said, the staff in the store got me booked in as soon as possible and everyone was professional and helpful.

  If making an appointment online make sure to follow up with the actual location. Website does not have access to location's actual available appointments. I arrived at online scheduled time to be told they didn't have time for me until 4 days later. I was told my exhaust repair could be done cheaply but come service day I was told they don't do "that type of work". I'm not sure if price charged was reasonable or not - seemed a bit high even though I was told the shop was barely making any profit on the job. Not sure if I will return again for future services.

  I had visited places like Mavis Discount Tire, Dunn Tire, and Pep Boys, but I left each of them feeling like just another number—there was no real personal connection. That completely changed when I walked into Monroe Tire and met Charles. The level of service and genuine interaction stood out immediately. In fact, the personal connection I made with Charles is what ultimately led me to purchase my tires there. Everyone in the store was friendly, professional, and eager to help. I ended up purchasing four new Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires with a full warranty, and my car is driving great. I highly recommend working with Charles.

  Always an amazing wonderful job, had an emergency with a flat tire and right away they were able to get the car fixed. I highly recommend this place if you need a tire fixed!!!
