  My wife and I recently purchased a Yamaha SX 190 from McMillan and have only good things to say about the transaction. First off, with no model of our choice available on the premises, Dave went searching and located one a couple hundred miles away in Albany. He then found someone to transport it at a reasonable rate to their facility. At transfer of ownership he took the 190 and us onto Irondequoit Bay for a demo. As the pilot of a boat who doesn't deny a limited experience, I paid close attention to Dave and later to the booklet and DVD. We are Kentucky residents who once lived in the Finger Lakes for many years but now maintain the home as a summer residence and so we thought we would register the boat in the Empire state. Although we continue to pay a healthy dose of school & property tax in the upstate New York, we were unable to collect the 6 points to prove our birth, identity, and residence. Dave did his best to find some way to get that missing 6th point, but it didn't work, and so we registered the boat in Kentucky. There was a waste of time fostered by the crazy New York regulation, but it was handled well by McMillan. Calls & texts were made, and all calls and texts were answered. Almost immediately.   I had a great experience at this place. I purchased a Yamaha Waverunner and everything went smooth from start to finish. Dave was very friendly and helpful and Mark seemed like a nice guy as well. If you are looking for a Yamaha jet ski I would recommend these guys.
