This morning I noticed a flat as I was leaving for work. Luckily I went to the local service station here in Chili, NY. The staff were very responsive and after patching me up, they said that since I had bought all four tires from them recently, the patch was on the house. It was such a relief. Big shoutout to the manager and staff of this service station. They saved my day.

Had a big bolt in rear tire & was losing air fast. Called & they got me into service tire within a couple hours where other places couldn’t till next day or two.
Mechanic took my vehicle into fix tire as soon as I got there & was able to take care of very fast. Outstanding job! Will be back for future service.

Literal angels on earth!!! My husband and I were flying into the Rochester airport with our 8 month old and had to still make the drive home to Buffalo. When we got to our car we noticed the skid plate was loose and what was beneath it was dragging and not safe to drive. Roger, Scott, Simm and the guys let us come by at such a short notice and saved the day so that we could make it home with our little guy. No other place in the area would see us, our tow company wouldn’t make it for a couple hours, and it was in the evening with the baby so we were really in a tough position. These guys were so friendly, efficient and didn’t charge us a penny for their time. The world could use more people like the team at Mavis Discount Tire, thanks a lot to the guys for making a bad situation a positive experience!!!
