I came to the Mt. Hope Avenue location for a complimentary tire rotation. Before my appointment, my vehicle was driving normally with no steering wheel vibration.
Immediately after the tire rotation, my steering wheel began shaking at speeds over 60 mph. I returned to the shop right away to report the issue. I was then told the wheels needed to be balanced and was charged $64 to fix a problem that only started after the service was performed.
I do not believe this charge was justified. I came in for a simple tire rotation, and my car was fine beforehand. The issue only began after the work was done, yet I was still charged to correct it. When I questioned the charge, the manager also stated that he needs to pay his employees.
Based on this experience, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this location.
