I’m disappointed honestly. Sunday I got a bolt in my tire and called this place because of neighbors doing car work on the street. They said to come in and they will get us in. We got there said it would be a 2 hr wait, we agreed and left. 1 hr later they called we came back and they charged me, I went home. Tuesday the bolt is still in the tire. They are fixing it tomorrow but this is just not okay.

The Maiden Lane shop and it's employees are amazing. I had my tire pressure light go off and it seemed to be okay but I just wanted to have it checked to be safe (I had a flat a few months that this same shop was awesome with) and they were able to get me in same day, perform the check, they sanded off some corrosion on the rim and was done same day free of charge. Thank you so much!
