  I had a very disappointing experience with Excel Service and its towing/storage operation. I went to the facility simply to retrieve important documents from my vehicle and take photographs required for my insurance claim, but I was denied access at the gate without any reasonable explanation. I was told they were concerned that I might take the vehicle, even though it was damaged and being held at the facility. To be clear, I was not there with a tow truck or any intention of removing the car. The idea that I would somehow lift a damaged vehicle onto my back and sneak it out of the facility was absurd. Their concern seemed completely unreasonable, and the way the situation was handled made me question their judgment and common sense. The customer service I received was unacceptable. The staff member inside the storage office was extremely rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism and communication skills. Unfortunately, the same poor attitude was reflected by the towing company representatives who answered my calls. Rather than assisting a customer in a stressful situation, they were unhelpful, disrespectful, and showed little concern for resolving the issue. I understand that companies may have policies and procedures, but customers should still be treated with courtesy, empathy, and respect. My experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service displayed throughout the process. I hope the company takes steps to improve staff training, communication, and the way customers are treated in difficult circumstances.

  This afternoon, I had a terrible experience with this company, specifically with the driver, Matthew Spontaneo. On August 13, he arrived to replace my tire with a spare. His attitude was extremely negative. People like this should not be working with the public. He was unpleasant and dismissive when I asked a question. In my experience, this company is the worst ever. If you don’t know how to be kind when someone is having a problem on the roadside, which is already nerve-racking as an older adult, you shouldn’t be in business. This was the first and last time I’ll ever use this very rude and not compassionate company. If I had a -1000 as a review, I would definitely give it to this company. They definitely excel at being rude and not client-oriented. The tolling driver Matthew Spontaneo literally showed up, didn’t even address us, didn’t say hello, when greeted and wouldn’t have a conversation and stated that he didn’t have time to talk to anyone. A very unpleasantly individual. I hope no one else has to experience this unpleasant situation with this toll driver or anyone from this company. DO NOT USE THEN!!!

  I got my car towed by this company. Not mad at them. Barb at the front desk was kind and made this experience go smoothly and quickly. Thank you! And no one should be yelling or being mean to Barb, she’s not the reason your vehicle got towed.
