  Great help with the Albany, NY. Rental. They were able to change my reservation on the spot with a return to a different location.

  Overall, staff was decent. The front line. Staff didn’t seem to have a clue of who we were or anything about our reservations, but they finally figured it out. The car was in desperate need of windshield wipers and the low tire indicator light had been on as soon as we left from the airport, had to stop and put air in the two front tires. Bringing the car back they were much more efficient than picking up the car so recommendations check windshield wipers, and air pressure before leaving the car lot with the vehicle.

  The check-in/out process is so smooth and we even get a complete new car during our rental! I appreciate their help to let our journey be a lot more convenient.

  The process was easy and straightforward from booking to pick-up to drop-off. The associates at the counter were both very personable and helpful as well as the one in the garage for the return. I was offered and explained all the add ons that enterprise offers, but felt no pressure when declining any. Also, the car was well kept, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of eight and our luggage. All in all I don't see how the process could have been any better. Enterprise will definitely be the top of the list should we need a rental again. Thank you and keep up the great work.
