  We have rented through Enterprise multiple times while visiting the area. Everything seemed fine until I received a Fed Ex delivery AND a letter through the USPS asking me to fill out an incident report for damage that I did not cause. The person I spoke to in the “damage recovery unit” stated that I told the person who checked us in (at ROC, when returning the vehicle) that I admitted to hitting a post at a rest area. Clearly that employee made an error because that conversation never happened, and there was no damage to the vehicle, but now I am stuck dealing with it and super frustrated. Helpful hint - Save yourself a lot of frustration and take pictures when you pick up the car and when you return the car. Also get the name of the employee that you hand the keys to when you return the vehicle in case this happens to you!
