  Enterprise and car rental companies in general have a bad policy, requiring the use of a credit card or return plane ticket at airports. After my relative offered to put the rental on their card so I could reimburse them the cash, the agent refused service to me because he felt offended. I don't recommend enterprise anymore, and specifically this one needs better staffing.

  My name is Angela and I flew into Rochester from Atlanta 9/2 and I had a very very bad experience with Avis which I’m still dealing with as of today. I couldn’t get my car that was a prepaid reservation thru Priceline and I decided to come down to enterprise. When I got to the counter Tommy and Patricia was amazing. I told them my situation and they immediately saved the day. I will never rent from another rental company. Enterprise is the only Answer for the best customer service ‼️🩷

  Vehicle I got was not thoroughly cleaned. Steering wheel was sticky and vehicle smelled like someone had either taken a dump in the car or smoked marijuana in them. I wasn’t in the vehicle that long but smell was pungent. Staff was nice and professional.
