  Drew was so helpful in getting me set up with a car, it drove great and drop off was so easy! Will definitely look to book with them in the future.

  I have always used Enterprise as my family go to car rental company because they have never let me down. The customer service is outstanding and the staff we've encountered are the best on the planet. Thank you Enterprise for having such a great staff and automobile supply.

  Only giving this two stars because they can delete one stars, in truth this experience was one star. Went to rent a vehicle and booked a month and a half in advance, when I arrived to the appointment they said they tried to deter me as much as possible from picking up the vehicle. Come to find out it was because they didn’t have the vehicle at all and gave me no other options to rent. So I would assume that the workers simply give their family the rentals instead of looking at the bookings.

  I never usually leave reviews but I am genuinely so disappointed with the customer service and lack of urgency this enterprise location has. I had left my wallet in the car after a long day of travel and unexpectedly needing to rent a car after my flight was canceled from Newark. I dropped off the car on a Sunday and I went to the roc airport location on Tuesday to see if they had my wallet and apparently, they weren’t able to located the vehicle that I dropped off. They stated that they would reach out to me once they were able to locate it. They never reached out to me with an update despite reaching out several times and never getting a response. We had to go to the physical location multiple times until we finally got an answer today, 10 days later. They apparently located the vehicle in Syracuse which means they rented out the vehicle even though they told me multiple times that couldn’t find it. I was directly in contact with the area rental manager, Darin Geska. At first I thought he was being helpful but after not responding to my email or giving me an update like promised, I knew that he genuinely didn’t care. The wallet I left was valuable and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone on the enterprise team took it. When asked if they could look at video footage of the vehicle, they told us that the camera angle is off and they wouldn’t be able to see if my wallet was taken or not. With how dodgy, strange and unhelpful they were, I will no longer do rental services through enterprise again. I will also be reporting this incident to their customer service since this is clearly not the first time something like this happened (based on previous reviews from customers).
