- FMFatuma MohamedJun 29, 20261.0I would never book at this location again. I booked on June 15 to pick up for Friday July 3rd. Today I get a call from their area manager today (4 DAYS BEFORE MY TRIP) saying the system had the wrong rate and she has to cancel my reservation. She told me to rebook it would be an additional $200 plus the $300 deposit they require. And there was nothing she could do. If I booked correctly and in advance you should be able to honor my price since it’s literally not my fault. Don’t book with them. I don’t recommend!!
