  My daughter went in for an inspection and the service advisor told her she needed $3700 in repairs. When I spoke to him, he changed the price to $1300. Her car had $1500 worth of repairs 5 months earlier and the new repairs were not brought up at that time. I’ve always had her take the car there, never again. The prior service advisor was much better.

  They had my truck and when you tear apart a van shaft you can see things broken I would assume? They had my truck for almost three weeks and when they went to put it back together mysteriously parts were cracked, you mean to tell me you can’t be man enough to say you did it and cover the cost? Nope they sure didn’t and charged me almost 1000 for a new valve cover, I have the pictures. When a mechanic sees anything broken they immediately tell the service writer and it took two weeks to see that? Wrong, and trying to get ahold of the service manager to resolve it was a joke. I had to pay because I need my truck but what they did was wrong and they know it

  We brought our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid in for a charging problem. There was a notice showing up on dash saying to get charging system checked. The car didn't charge at our home system and also checked it on another plug. We brought it in for repair and the notice was still lit when we left it. When we picked it up they said there was no problem and it must of been a glitch. We were charged a half hour service fee and told it couldn't be charged to our extended warranty because they found nothing wrong. It didn't charge until we brought it in and notice didn't disappear from dash until we brought it in. CONFUSED🤔

  My experience at Cortese and with Bob the salesman was wonderful. He was nice, very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. Bob answered all my questions and made buying my new van a great experience. I would definitely recommend Cortese to my family and friends.

  Had my vehicle at the collision center multiple times for pictures for a corrosion warentee claim I had when new, it was brushed off and the never followed up. My challenger stays in a heated garage over winter. I am now having to pay somone else to do the repair as it has got worse. The staff at cortese said they would call me back and never did. I feel like I wasted my time driving out an hour away to go to this shop and they can't even return a call or give me some response back. I would give them zero star's if that was an option, don't count on any customer service, I'm under the impression they don't care if it's warentee, as they don't have the decency to get back to you.
