If the staff spent less time making TikTok’s there would be actual decent customer service. The service technicians all lie, don’t know what is going on, I have never seen an establishment operate this poor. What was supposed to be a simple fix for a coolant light turned into 6k job and STILL the coolant light remains and no answer after calling them 10+ times this morning. This place is a complete scam and this is so unfortunate for this being a local company and wanting to give our support I guess in this instance it’s not best to shop local.

He deserves a raise out of anyone for his patience and the fact he truly cares about his customers. Multiple times he’s gone outta his way to get us a rental and attempt to get us one on last notice. Without Jordi I would give a 1 star. Well after those master mechanics did the phaser unit because they swore it would fix the problem it’s done nothing, still stalling out still having key fob problems after one of the sale guys said push harder, I’m beginning to wonder if all you do is sell junk used vehicles for high end prices. Paying 32k and can’t get a fob replaced after only having this keep a month. Within a week of having it maybe less i had it in the shop. Never again will i do business here. I don’t recommend getting a vehicle from them. Michelle I truly appreciate your kindness it definitely goes a long way. Your willingness to help is truly appreciated more than you may know.
