  I rented a car for a week was told I was being charged a certain amount with a $400 hold which I would get my deposit back upon return of gas being where it was at when I picked car rental up and returning it on time. I extended the rental for another week and was charged an additional fee, returned car a day early, gas full car clean got my invoice back saying everything was fine, but I never received my $400 deposit. Called numerous of times kept being told that I would get it back, finally went down there after a long day at work for the guy at the desk to find any way not to return my refund. I drove in my city during the time I had the rental, no one ever called to explain anything to me how inconsiderate.

  Quick and easy. Got off the plane and into a car within 30 minutes of landing. The associate was nice and the process went smoothly. Car ran well, got us where we needed to go and was great on fuel. Dropped the car off a few days later and was on a plane home within 2 hours. Will rent from these guys again. I thank you for the easygoing service

  Brian at returns was great, quick and got us on our way with no hassles or added steps. I couldn't ask for a better experience start to finish.
