One nice guy was already working with a customer and the phones were ringing constantly and the one man asked if anyone else working with him. Funny, but totally relatable. Then a worker finally came to help. The one man finished with the customer and then assisted my brother. I did not catch the bane of this man, but as long as he around, you will be taken care of promptly with extra attention. My brother witnessed a couple workers standing in the back not doing anything while customers were in line and calling. One guy who finally came up said he was getting ready to close the register when the store was still open.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
