    ITS EMPTY FOR A REASON. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SELL BAD PRODUCT. THEY WONT RETURN IT. AND THEY WILL BE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I went yesterday to buy primer, I was already in the area so I thought what could go wrong. By the time my car was taped up and ready to go, turns out the product they had on their shelves was broken. I walk to the nearest l auto zone and buy a replacement. I could not go back to advanced auto parts MY CAR WAS TAPED UP. Today I go back with my receipt and product and ask to return the spray. The first guy asks if I could wait I said no problem I wait in my car for ten minutes and come back. The assistant general manager gets called out. He has his freshly clipped joint in hand reeks of weed and tells me that because it’s used and it’s not sealed I can’t return it. The spray on primer never comes sealed there and I DID NOT USE IT. He said I did and I tell him no I wasn’t even able to push it down. He said why didn’t u come back I explained myself with the reasons stated above. HE SAYS ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM and I could just take a replacement. I said I don’t need one I already bought it again yesterday. He got his GM and the GM says that I can only get a replacement because it had been used. THEY LEFT USED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ON THE SHELF. So she offers and she gives me the number to corporate and I call. I need you to understand the story is EMPTY. So I’m at the counter and I start calling. He tells me to move I relent but then I move to where he pointed. HE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME He then says no go by the door HE SAYS I’M BLOCKING HIS CUSTOMERS. NOBODY IS THERE. I tell him that and with everything in the converstion his answer is I don’t care or not my problem or you should’ve done (thing I explained very clearly three seconds ago why I couldn’t do). I would think an assistant manager would want to be on call for an issue with his store? Anyways so I am on call with corporate and he lied to her about being GM. She calls him out and he just stays quiet and waits for the GM to call him. They tell me that on corporate side there is nothing they can do that it’s up to the GM. The GM says no return and that I should’ve gone somehow to the store yesterday and I should’ve known to call them. The assistant general manager keeps on berating me saying that I just want things my way. I think it’s fair to get a return on bad product. If all stores kept the money on product that is unusable THAT WOULD BE THEFT. I asked about store credit and they said that it I would have to get the same thing. FOR THE REASONS ABOVE I DID NOT NEED IT. I tried to take the swap and then they didn’t have the primer I got then the GM said I would just have to go to another store for the replacement I didn’t even need. I tell him I’m not doing that and he said that I just want things my way? He ends up finding it after the employee couldn’t and I take it. The assistant GM rudely told me to get off the call with the customer service lady, I said no and asked her to stay on because I was scared. YES I WAS SCARED THIS OVER SIX FOOT TALL MAN KEPT YELLING AT ME TELLING ME HE WAS GONNA CALL YHE COPS AND THEN HE WOULD STEP UP CLOSER TO ME. I WOULD NOT WANT TO NOT HAVE A WITNESS WITH THIS DUDE HIS BEHAVIOR WAS AWFUL, they called me a racist, once again saying that I’m the aggressor. if the customer service lady wasn’t there it would’ve been ten times worse, . While the customer service lady was there the GM and assistant GM laughed about me being a Karen on the phone, I explained to them that someone who gets upset for unreasonable behavior=karen, a store selling bad product and then telling you to get a replacement you don’t need anymore because the product being unusable caused u to buy a replacement at a different store is reasonable. the customer service asked for the stores location and put a report through but considering the fact that the gm and assistant GM were calling me a Karen, the joint on the counter, and the unprofessional nasty behavior I don’t think it will get resolved, on their end at least. DO NOT BUY HERE

    They literally came out saw that I did not need any antifreeze and told me to wait!! Now that's what I call integrity gentleman. Not just trying to make sales. I will be back when I'm in need of any auto supplies. You won't me over. ❤️
