  After the corporate system failed me 3 times the Riverhead branch manager was very helpful and fixed all my issues promptly!

  My insurance company "insisted" I use Satellite instead of dealership. My BMW was returned with the molding loose on one side, and the wiper blades misadjusted. Luckily it started to rain on my way home and I found out. Has to return to shop. That's when I found they didn't secure the right side window molding. Before you leave make sure you take the time to double check their work.

  I noticed a chip my windshield & called Safelite the following day and they were able to schedule me that afternoon at their Riverhead location. The man (sorry I can't remember his name) immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was friendly and professional explaining the process from beginning to end. He was very accommodating. The young man who repaired the chip in my windshield, was just as nice!! The environment was pleasant and comfortable and the wait time considering that it was a Friday afternoon, was remarkable!! I was in and out in no time and pleasantly pleased with the results!!! I've own several vehicles over the years and Safelite is always my go to company for any windshield issues!!! I highly recommend them!!!

  I had to use Safelite to replace my windshield, they were very courteous. They called before the appointment to verify Kevin came replaced it quite quickly. He was an excellent technician. You guys should give him a raise.
