If I could give this place 0 stars I would I had the worst experience here. One of the workers backed into my vehicle with another customers car and caused terrible damage to my engine and the front of my car do not go here they suck!!! My car has yet to be picked up to get fixed

I got to Mavis in riverhead 8 minutes before they closed and asked if they would be able to look at my tire to see if the could plug it. The young worker Steven asked where it was and I told him in my trunk. He took it out looked at it and said yes I can plug it. He really did me a favor with no hesitation or problem knowing they were closing soon. I am truly grateful for the service. He was quick and he put it back on my car and put the spare back in the trunk for me. I was there maybe 15 minutes.

I am in need of new tires and an oil change, I googled places near me, I read the reviews of multiple places and this place caught my attention. I don’t know much about cars so I was looking for a place with good service and reasonable prices. I decided to give this place a chance. I scheduled an appointment two days ago for new tires and an oil change. A man Joe answered the phone, nice gentleman said yes 11am Thursday is fine see you then. I arrive and check in, another gentleman that’s not Joe helps me, very nice tells me the tires I want they don’t have but he can order them and be here by tomorrow. I schedule an appointment for the following week but I still wanted the oil change. He says no problem give us some time there are a couple people ahead of you. I said no problem I’ll wait here. I brought a book so I was ok to wait, two hours pass and no update whatsoever, first of all I have waited for oil changes many times and not once have I wait TWO HOURS for one. So I decide to ask what’s going on, Joe says my car is next, I see them bringing in my car. So I was waiting for two hours but my car wasn’t even being worked on. They simply could have told me to come back later in the day or go do whatever I need to do because they’re busy. I was very annoyed. I asked to have my car back, which Joe then said give us 15 minutes we’ll get you out of here no charge. So wdym you just had me wait 2 hours for a 15 minute service??? It’s very unprofessional to have a customer waiting more than two hours with no update or have them wait for two hours for an oil change. That is just insane to me. I have no words, I do not recommend this place, i would rather spend my money elsewhere.
