    I visited Riverhead jiffy lube for oil change and battery service and Shane L. And crew were super helpful and very knowledgeable as well as friendly people. They did a fantastic job I even asked Shane if he was the manager in charge because I thought it suited his job performance perfectly, from start to finish they did a fantastic service job. I’d highly recommend.

    Excellent care!! Shane and the entire team went above and beyond for me and my car. I had a multitude of issues with my car and they provided thorough inspection and explained the issues to me in detail to help me understand the what needed to be fixed and why.

    I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! The staff was friendly, professional, and provided quick, reliable service. They made everything easy and took excellent care of my vehicle. Management is professional and geared towards excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning.

    I had an extremely disturbing and unprofessional experience at this Jiffy Lube yesterday. I brought my Ford Explorer in to be checked and waited approximately 30 minutes. During that time, there was an individual in the back wearing a green shirt who I assumed may have been an employee, although I cannot confirm what his position was. This individual was yelling, punching vehicles, making statements about killing people, and behaving in an extremely aggressive and alarming manner. Meanwhile, three other gentlemen dressed in black appeared to be trying to calm him down and defuse the situation. What made this experience even worse was that my two children were with me and became hysterical and started crying because of what they were witnessing and hearing. As a parent and a customer, I should never have to bring my children into a business and have them exposed to that type of behavior while simply trying to have my vehicle serviced. I do not know who the individual in the green shirt was or what caused the situation, but whatever was happening should never have taken place in front of customers, especially children. The entire situation made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I expected a professional environment when bringing my Ford Explorer in for service, and unfortunately, that was not the experience we received. Management should seriously address what occurred because customers should not have to witness aggressive behavior, threats of violence, or someone punching vehicles while waiting for service. This was completely unacceptable and left a terrible impression of this location.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Riverhead with my Ford Bronco, and I specifically want to recognize Malaik Wilson for the excellent service he provided. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely thorough. Malaik performed an engine flush and radiator flush, replaced both my engine air filter and cabin air filter, and made sure everything my Bronco needed was taken care of properly. Even with having several services done, he was very efficient and had me in and out much faster than I expected. What stood out to me the most was his customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the entire process easy, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t need. It’s hard to find someone you feel comfortable trusting with your vehicle, but you can tell Malaik takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing quality service. I’ll absolutely be returning to the Riverhead Jiffy Lube because of the experience I had with Malaik. I highly recommend this location, and if you stop in, definitely ask for Malaik Wilson. Great customer service, quality work, and an overall excellent experience. 10/10!
