  Great great team working in this store, Chris and all the team found us a car in the middle of this crazy weekend of 4th of July. They were super kind, helpful and super attentive, first they rent us a small car we use for a few hours in the mean time while a better car was available, always in contact with us and willing to help us as they could. We are very pleased with the car and will enjoy our weekend in the Northfork 🥰

  So this was today's adventure. Be ready cause it's a long one. I'm leaving for Chicago tomorrow for a Bagpipe competition. 6 of us rented a van from Enterprise in Riverhead. Today I called Enterprise to ask if I was able to pay for the rental with a debit card since I cancelled all of my credit cards. They said absolutely, no problem at all. Melissa drives me to Riverhead to get said van. I give the girl my license and debit card. She proceeds to tell me that I can't use a debit card that I need a credit card. I tell her my situation and that I called earlier to Enterprise HQ and they said a debit card was fine. She says it's an internal issue. I call my son and ask him if I can use his credit card. Of course he sends me the info. I go back in and tell her I have my sons info. Nope! Need to have the physical card. Ok. My son goes and leaves work to meet me and give me his card. It's now 5:00. They close at 6:00. My wife and I leave to meet my son on the road and get his card. I call to make sure that's ok. Nope! He has to be there with his drivers license to be on the rental agreement. My son says, ok. I'll go there. Nope! He's 21 he has to be 25! I tell them, I'm renting the damn van he's paying for it!! Nope!! I tell the girl on the phone: " Do you guys actually rent vehicles or are you just there?" Absolutely ridiculous!!

  Very nice young people dedicated to job duties, with limitations of offer like payments methods and vehicle choices and office hours. Triple price for rental than in 5 boroughs of NYC , must be returned to this location with $500 penalties if not able to do it But I had a chance to drive never used Jeep Wrangler my family loved its what makes great experience. Windows open on central console, all dashboard has dimmed scroll on left side to make all computer visible, Fuel economy same like Subaru, don’t dear use wheels gear settings or remove roof . Great experience ladies saying real man’s car !!! For me is little small space for my legs .cool! 😁

  It was a last minute need and the office accommodated my request for a rental. The staff was courteous and helpful.
