  My wife and I purchased a 2026 Kia Sorento at Eagle Kia in Riverhead NY. We worked with Cherise Hofsiss, the sales and leasing manager, and she was amazing. Very informative. Not pushy at all. The overall experience at the dealership was excellent. From sales through financing, through delivery. Highly recommend Cherise and the team at Eagle Kia.

  Hi after dealing with smithtown Kias shitty customer service I have brought my Kia to eagle kia riverhead and Anjel has been the best customer service I’ve received in any business whatsoever he takes care of me and my car with nothing but a positive attitude and professionalism I haven’t ever seen before I look forward to taking my car here to get it serviced because I know he will get the job done the right way no shortcuts I know he won’t rip me off and he treats me with respect like no other thank you Anjel for providing nothing but the best service to the customers give this man a 30 dollar raise he deserves it

  Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do but this experience was really smooth. Steven made the experience easy. We spent about 15 minutes negotiating and then went to dinner, called back, made a deposit and picked the car up the next evening. I'd recommend checking Eagle Kia out if you are like me and want a quick moving process.

  It was brilliant. I called to make an appointment. Asked if I could get in soon, figuring it would be in the next couple of weeks. I mentioned that I was in the neighborhood. She asked if I wanted to come in that day. I was shocked. She asked when. Kiddingly, I said, ten minutes. She said, see you then. In an hour my tires were rotated and batteries and stuff were checked on my EV6. Oh, I also had an estimate to replace the seatbelts my dog chewed. Done.Thanks Angel

  Service department experience: Patty and Salvador are top notch team members! I needed service on my 2019 Sedona, under warranty, inspection to be done and a ride due to an overnight stay for my vehicle. Communication, proffesionalism and solutions for my ( customer) convenience were many. I was not preyed on by dealers trying to sell me another vehicle or had me there longer than absolutely necessary. I felt comfortable and that in a dealership is really really really hard to come by. Salvador was such a delight for my ride home. His calm demeanor made me feel comfortable for the ride. A woman getting in a car with a stranger is a whole other type of feeling. Salvador made me feel like I was in a car with one of the nice family members you do not mind in your car. Yall know what I mean. Kudos to the service this July 2026 🤩🙌🏽🥰
