  Jezayd was a pleasure to deal with. He was respectful and courteous.Maybe because he was relatively new to the job. On the other hand, Darius Francis, the finance manager, was rude, and dismissive. Once he realized It was a cash deal, and that I wouldn’t be financing anything, and I didn’t want any addition warranties, he dragged his feet in getting my paperwork done, and out the door. In addition when I inquired about the spare tire, he flatly mentioned that the car didn’t come with one, but rather a flat tire kit. The female sales manager, who I didn’t catch her name, was no better. I wouldn’t recommend Eagle Kia of Riverhead to anyone.

  We had a wonderful experience leasing from Scott. He was easy to work with, thorough and straight to the point. He made sure we were happy and not compromising our wants while getting us a great deal. I would highly recommend him and the dealership!

  We had a fantastic experience working with Scott during our recent car purchase. He took the time to walk us through multiple options, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. What really stood out was the delivery experience. Scott thoroughly went through the vehicle with us, explaining all the features and making sure we felt confident before we drove off the lot. His attention to detail and commitment to great customer service truly made a difference. If you’re looking for a salesperson who is professional, helpful, and easy to work with, we highly recommend asking for Scott!

  0 Stars !! Worst dealership !!!! BEWARE !!!! NOTHING BUT A BIG SCAM!!! Brought my vehicle back after they changed valve cover gasket cause still leaked oil. Checked oil before brining it in and it was fine and took pictures. . They call to tell me car had 0 oil and I needed to approve an oil change before they could do any diagnostics. I told them I checked it and had proof. Picked car back up and brought to anther Kia dealer. Guess what, car had proper oil level in it. Second time they pulled this scam on me. BTW, look at how they have a generic response to all complaints. I called the the number and no one answered or returned my phone call since I left a voicemail. The just don't care and this is just PR for them.

  I have been a customer at Eagle Kia for over a decade, and this is now my fourth leased vehicle with them. Somehow, the experience managed to get even better this time around! From management to sales and finance, the process was easy, no-pressure, and completely headache-free. They are honest, helpful, and walking in truly feels like coming home. I left today with my brand new 2027 Telluride and couldn’t be happier. A huge thank you to Jay in sales, Cherise in management, and Darius in finance for making this such an amazing experience. If you want a welcoming and professional team, this is the place!
