- LHLauren Hofstra4 days ago1.0Honestly, a terrible experience from start to finish. Went in for a tire change and we were totally mislead about the timeline in how long it would take. Then when we went in to pay they tried to charge us over $400 more than what their website listed and clearly did not know what they were doing. If you want timely service and prices that make sense DO NOT go here.

One mechanic diagnosed my car with same problems but wanted to charge literally three times as much for the same fixes. I’m going to Monro for now on.

- GFGillian FergusonJun 15, 20261.0My car just needed its annual NYS inspection. Had just had an oil change and multi point inspection 2wks prior with no issues found. Arrived to Monro a little before my appointment and waited at the location. Happy to see my car taken in just a few minutes after I arrived. Waited over an hour and a half and finally asked how the inspection was going. Receptionist stated car had been done for awhile but no one had informed me. I was AT the store. They had my mobile number to reach me. Time stamp on the NYS inspection pass report was 20 minutes after I had originally arrived. Very dissatisfied with complete lack of awareness and communication. Won't be going here again.
