  On a Saturday afternoon 3 pm my tire had a huge lug punctured my back tire. Monro’s was easy to find using google. It wasn’t busy I had a new tire replaced within an hour and back on the road.

  I have taken my car to Monroe in E. Greenbush for a few years now, and the guys there are great. They keep to my appointment time, they're personable, very knowledgeable, answer all my questions and treat me with respect always. I never feel as though I have been taken advantage of and will continue to take my 2009 car there as long as its on the road. I highly recommend.

  The assistant manager was incredibly respectful and informative. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. He and his staff did my oil change and then called to let me know the inside of my tires are worn down and that if I’m not ready to replace them, that he didn’t recommend a tire rotation at this time because it could cause shakiness while driving. I really appreciated that information and that there was no pressure to purchase new tires right then and there. Great service - customer and vehicle.

  I felt the two techs accommodated my needs. Something simple, turned into extra work for them. They stayed late to resolve the issue and did a good job. This went from a brake fluid change to lug bolt replacement

  I am only giving 3 stars. Granted I got my two front tires put on which was not part of my appointment and they took me in early. The part that really upsets me is I had an appointment for an alignment. I got reminder texts leading up to appointment. But when I got there I found out there is no alignment guy till tomorrow. Why all the texts to remind me of appointment but the shop can’t call and tell me that there is no one to do my alignmentment. Yes they apologized but a phone call to let me know would have been nice. I took the day off of work and scheduled things around appointment. Not even a hey our bad let’s make it right and give you a discount.
