  Saved me on a Sunday when nobody else could and got me back on the road. The manager who was there helped me so much and went out his way for me. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me plus more. Would definitely recommend.

  Were able to timely finish and came within quoted price. Courteous and accommodating to take me home rather than wait in waiting room. Will go back again.

  Extremely unprofessional experience with Monroe Auto Shop. My car was moved to L & M Auto without me signing any authorization for a diagnosis or service. I was then forced to pay $410 just to get my car released. When I called for help, the assistant manager repeatedly hung up and refused to listen or resolve the situation. Poor communication, no consent, and very unprofessional handling throughout. Would not recommend.

  I had 9:30 appointment. Got my truck in right away. I was thinking that is great, wrong!! Noone started working on truck until 11:00. I was there until almost 1:00. Didn't get a readout before or after alignment. Mechanic didn't appear to know exactly what he was doing? He slammed tools on floor and slammed truck door. He may be in need of more training? Pretty sure I will not be back.
