  My tech called in the morning to say that he had an earlier slot and offered it to me. This started off well. He worked very quickly, did a fantastic job, and even showed me where he could save me a little more on a line item. So pleased. I'd recommend them to everyone!

  One star off because total pricing not up front. At checkout is when they tack on $40 recycle fee. Second star off because technician was supposed to show up between 8-12 but didn’t show until 12:20. Otherwise, online scheduling was simple and fast and got an appointment only two days out. Time will tell quality of windshield and install.

  I had an appointment for them to come to my house, 3 days later, on the morning of the appointment they said my vehicle needed to be fixed in the shop. I made an appointment for 8 days later for a 10am appt and dropped it off the afternoon before. The guy, Shane, took my key fob and said no paperwork or documentation was necessary. We waited until 3pm that day and heard nothing more. You cannot call the store so we drove there and it was still sitting in the lot, untouched. We went inside and this other guy said he had no record of our service. Then we noticed the key fob still sitting on the desk!! The guy Shane apparently did Nothing about our appt when we dropped off. They are fixing it now. A waste of the entire day and 10 days for the entire process to happen.

  Your service technician; Greg was EXCELLENT! He went above & beyond to keep us updated, informed with options your company offers, & happy with our decision to choose your company for service. We feel Greg is a people pleaser & an asset to your business. Also, your service representatives were very pleasant & helpful when making the appointment. We both would recommend our family & friends to use your company in their time of need.

  Safelite glass has always been number one, they're great to their installers they're great to the families of the installers they train you as you go they're very high quality company who has changed the world of Auto Glass as we know it, I recently had two windshields of my own done and I couldn't be happier with the friendliness the cleanliness the shop was clean I had a mobile technician and I went to the shop for two different glass and the experience both was a plus!
