  Quick shout out to Greg @ Safelite for his exceptional windshield replacement at my residence! He is very professional & was very informative throughout the entire process & I highly recommended him!

  Scheduled appointment through my insurer, 2 hours later it was stated they could honor appt as they could not order windshield. Appt rescheduled, 2 days before the 2nd appt, i was contacted to move up schedule to one day before, i obliged, the next day, received a call stating that windshield ordered was wrong and had to be reordered and could not honor appt. Or the 2nd appt and now was pushed to a third date. Which is now 1 week after damage had happened. Technician finally shows up, i explain to him that vehicle is less than 3 months old, i do not have to go anywhere, i am in no rush, please be careful and take your time. He goes through the notions of replacement, near the end checked in and he stated there was a small scratch. He continued on, I then inquired about what was going to be done about scratch, he stated "well i didn't have to tell you about it" like i wouldn't of noticed. He did in fact take photos send them in, contact his office. I was able to speak to manager and he said to get an estimate and send it in. This is in the works, and do not have an end result as of yet. The technician did state that the windshield will need to be pulled out damage repaired and then reinstalled.

  Easy to make an appointments and efficient communication once replacement glass was in stock. Installation was efficient and would have rated higher if broken glass cleanup was better inside and out.

  The technician arrived on time and explained everything he would do to fix my passenger-side window. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. He was pleasant, professional, and the window works great. If I remember correctly, his name was Mike. Highly recommend!
