  Was recommend this shop by a business in Ballston Spa and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Honest conversation and great work for a fair price. Highly recommended.

  Stopped in to check for 2 new tires for my vehicle and tires were ordered and next day came in to be put on. Everyone was helpful and service good. Thanks guys!

  Monros tire inventory is a joke. I would have had a horrible experience if it wasn’t for the employees. The two guys that were working on the cars were absolutely awesome they tried so hard to get me tires I could afford but because the inventory was off I ended up going to another place. And when I say they looked everywhere they looked literally everywhere for the ones I could afford. The employees definitely deserve a raise for all their hard work they do everyday!

  Apparently Road hazard coverage on your tires doesn’t mean anything if they discontinue the tire, also, my tire had 75% life left. Keep that in mind when buying from these guys. Not sure why they couldn’t reimburse me for a tire of equal or lesser value. Talked to other branches and they agreed this was unacceptable. I wound up just buying a tire online and have a small local business mount and balance the tire, which wouldn’t have been covered with the road hazard anyway. Such a scam, thanks to the manager Don you dragged this out as long as humanly possible (claim was initiated in November 2025 it’s now June 2026 still haven’t heard back after calling many times)

  I would give 0 stars if possible, as 1 is way more than they deserve. Brought my vehicle in for some brake work, as they were starting to grind. They said no problem, I paid over $800, and I was on my way. One problem, the grinding didn't go away. So I brought my vehicle back, and told them what's happening. They said it must be something they don't normally inspect, quoted me over $600 (for something that should have been fixed $800 ago) ,but told me it's safe to drive until I have the money. Except it wasn't. Brakes seized on my way to work. Now I have to pay for a tow truck to bring my car to a different shop. I will never use this shop again, and have told everyone I know to stay far far away!
