    Booked a appt for inspection 1.5 hours via Monro answering service. Got a call from manager 5 minutes before appt telling me appt was not reported to him until 5 minutes before appt, so he cancelled. If your going use an answering service too book, make sure that appts are actually open. I drove 30 minutes for appt. Not an apology or anything. Bad service. .

    I called to make an appointment because I discovered a nail in my tire after work and needed a patch. I was given a same day appointment and then I made the 30 minute drive just to arrive and be told that there were no techs available. I questioned why I was given an APPOINTMENT if no one was available to fix my tire but was simply told "oh, that's our call center" -- absolutely unacceptable! Not only did I waste over an hour of my time but also the gas from driving back and fourth from warrensburg to queensbury. Thank you for absolutely NOTHING -- get your call center figured out.
