Terrible manager. Bad communication and customer service. Nikki at the front counter is very nice, she interacted will all the customers very nicely, but the manager has poor judgment, no respect for customer’s diversity and time. Honestly, very bad.

Called to get a price on tires. I bought a gift card for the amount I was given made an appointment and sent my son to get new tires. Price changed after he got there and they stripped at least 2 lug nuts on each tire and were extremely rude.

Highly recommend Eric at Mavis discount tire - he was amazing! Quick to fix the tire nozzle at a very reasonable price after we went to another tire place that said it would be at least six hours and then another possible two hours after that… Not to mention there’s a great liquor store a couple of blocks away lol we did a little shopping for wine while the repair was being made To our rental car, while we were on our Lake Georgeholiday

I brought my 2023 Tesla in for four new tires and an alignment. Before scheduling, I asked whether they had the tools, equipment, and experience to work on Teslas. I was repeatedly assured they did and was told they work on Teslas regularly. Based on those assurances, I booked the appointment.
However, after dropping it off, while waiting in the lobby, I overheard a conversation indicating that no one at the shop had previously performed an alignment on a Tesla. When I expressed concern, I was once again assured there would be no issues.
What was supposed to be a few-hour appointment turned into an all-day ordeal. Communication was poor throughout the process. I called the store and received no answer, forcing me to contact the 1-800 customer service line just to reach someone. Each time I was told they were having issues with the alignment but were "almost done."
When I finally picked up the vehicle, I noticed the bill was roughly $300 higher than the quote I had received. After I questioned it, a few keystrokes later the total was suddenly corrected back to the original quoted price.
The biggest issue became apparent within minutes of leaving. The alignment was clearly wrong. The steering wheel was noticeably off-center, and the vehicle pulled while driving. I immediately contacted Mavis and was eventually connected with the regional manager.
After several conversations, I was informed that the real problem was that Mavis only had Tesla alignment software through model year 2020 and did not have the software necessary to properly align my 2023 Tesla. Despite this, they sold me an alignment, spent all day attempting to perform it, and returned the vehicle to me as if the work had been completed correctly.
To make matters worse, when I got my vehicle back, I discovered damage to my wheels that was not present before the service. One wheel in particular had significant damage that ultimately required professional repair at my own expense, costing an additional $300. At that point, after spending the entire day dealing with the alignment issues, conflicting information, and repeated runarounds, I simply did not have the energy to continue fighting with the store over yet another problem.
To their credit, they refunded the alignment charge and offered a $200 voucher for the inconvenience. However, nearly two months later, I have not received the voucher, nor have I received any follow-up communication from the regional manager or store management.
The staff I spoke with were polite and friendly, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The issue wasn't a simple mistake, it was being repeatedly told the shop had the capability and experience to perform work that they ultimately could not properly complete. Poor communication, inaccurate information, billing discrepancies, vehicle damage concerns, and allowing a customer to leave with a visibly misaligned vehicle make this one of the worst service experiences I've had. Eric the regional never followed up after as promised.
