Very helpful! After previous service they let us know about some recommendations they had to maintain the car (2015). They were not pushy at all. I asked for a quote on the work. They provided the info in my written summary of service so I could review at a later time. After weeks we decided to do the recommendations. They ordered the parts and got us in within 4 days. Gave us excellent service! Very pleased and will continue to bring our cars to Mavis.

I stopped in for an alignment, Nikki was the best receptionist, appointment setter, customer service Rep., whatever the title is. She was able to give me a same day, And the Mechanics that helped were polite, quick and respectful. I waited for the vehicle. I will be recommending this facility to others. I've had bad or rough experiences elsewhere and am very happy with this location 😁

We were traveling up to Lake George from Long Island, about a half hour out when our tire blew out on the Thruway. AAA responded promptly and could not have been any better. While we were waiting, we called this Mavis location in Queensbury, and they happen to be open late, and said come on in for an 8 PM appointment. If you can’t make it, we’ll do your first thing in the morning. We came in, I needed all four tires replaced, and they could not have been any nicer or quicker. I highly recommend this Mavis location!

THE WORST. Set my teenager up with two appointments because they “didn’t have time” to do everything that was scheduled in the first appointment, which is laughable considering the brake check they claimed to have done to pass inspection never occurred because his brakes are shot and he was in an accident due to this negligence only days later. You will sit for hours-despite your appointment time- and then they’ll act inconvenienced when you decide to get on with your life and leave. They’re incredibly busy doing nothing. Go to Warren tire and save yourself the disaster of this “business”.
