    I would leave a 5 star review but I don't believe I'd be sending the right message to the company. Your employees are great and I have NEVER had an issue. I've been going to JiffyLube locations for about 10 years. When I have taken my car other places because I felt I couldn't wait, I have severely regretted it and also paid handsomely, literally and figuratively. Your people are awesome and doing their best, but they are short staffed. The company can do better in marketing, training, and being flexible for your employees and their families. Your front desk check-in staff should not be "manning" 3 different stations. My inspection could be done with quality in less than 40 minutes if you were properly staffed. One thing that can be improved (lends into being short staffed), is not checking in more cars while your bay is full. I understand how getting people in the lounge quickly might be considered good customer service, however, it might be better to get people out sooner. This location is great and they all deserve a raise.

    Melinda and her team did an outstanding job today. We have been getting our cars inspected there for 15 years. Got inspection done , replaced wipers, new bulbs and a great once over down to the tire pressure.Super friendly staff , fast, thorough and most of all many smiles.Thank you and see you again soon.

    I went here for an oil change and I’ve had nothing but problems with my car ever since and they convinced me that I needed a coolant flush too Since the oil light keeps coming on brought it in because I didn’t know why the oil light was on they said I supposedly have a oil leak never had an issue before topped me off sent me on my way Then today I bring my son to school and the coolant light is on Soooo what is going on an my car is idling very high since and you couldn’t even tell my car was even running before I brought it in I’m just unsure at this point if I even want to go back there because last time I brought it in they acted like it was my fault why the oil light was on when it’s not even due yet Update: called to see today why my reservoir to my coolant is always empty now since I got a coolant flush see if I can bring it in yet again but this women told me on the phone I believe she said her name was Lisa I can’t remember but that I have to go an pay to have my car looked at then an only then they’ll look at it again mean while I don’t go anywhere I have thousands miles left before I even need an oil change since I’ve been there because I literally don’t go anywhere I bring my son to school every day which is less than a mile from my house and to drs and they’re still trying to say it’s my fault and because my car is a older vehicle I had zero issues before I brought my car here so I’m not understanding why they’re saying it’s not there fault why my car is acting up this has been going on since I got it done no issues prior I currently since have a oil leak and obviously a coolant leak also when I never had one before it’s crazy to me both are leaking an that’s what they did so how’re they gonna tell me it’s not there fault definitely going to court over this especially if my car blows up because of them like I don’t even want to drive it any where to even get looked at it’s over heating now an making loud bubbling noises it’s only gotten worse since and I have to barrow my daughters car to go to the drs today because I am not driving this car anymore Update: Emailed the email you provided in the comments it’s been hours an thus far no reply’s

    Went here (June 10th) with my Daughter's 2021 Jetta, for an oil change. They pulled it into the bay, and called me out into the garage area 20min later, and told me that 'It takes SPECIAL OIL, and that it would be $225". I told them to pull it back out, I'm not doing that. Bought all of the items locally for $40, for a fully synthetic oil change/Filter. So, if you have a COMMON JETTA, save yourself the drama.
