My car has been in the shop 5 times recently, and I was only offered a loaner once. So I needed to rent a car. The staff at Enterprise was awesome and extremely flexible. I have AAA now due to my car being unreliable, but even the discount of AAA at Hertz doesn’t beat the rates of enterprise. Honestly though it’s the flexibility and understanding each employee has offered. Renting a car under such circumstances is stressful. But they certainly made the situation better. I really appreciate it.
