This place is a real shame.... reputable owners, bur the place is lifeless. Who is in charge??... I feel bad for the employees because they seem like nice people. It is really going downhill.... DYING ON THE VINE. I left and purchased a new SUV at Saratoga Honda...I don't know who is in charge of that facility - but what a difference.... Like night and day.
I can’t recommend Justin enough! He has helped me with three different vehicles, and every experience has been outstanding. Most recently, he got me into a brand-new 2026 vehicle in about 24 hours. With my unique situation, I truly didn’t think that was possible, but Justin made it happen.
From start to finish, he kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was excellent, and his friendly, personable approach made the entire process stress-free and comfortable. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to find the best solution for them.

Chris Cole and Kurt Montanye were exceptional during my experience at Della Honda. I've worked in sales leadership and customer service for 25 years, and have also bought a lot of vehicles. Typically, you can feel the energy and vibe at a dealership and know fairly quickly the culture of a car dealer. I was looking to get a vehicle for my son, and my first visit impression was excellent. I was greeted quickly and kindly (all staff was friendly on the floor), and was given prompt and accurate information about the vehicle. Most importantly, Chris worked efficiently within my time frame, and respected my day. This self-awareness and customer service is hard to find. Della visibly takes very good care of their pre-owned inventory. My second visit with my son was even better. I was introduced to Kurt, and numbers were shared alongside setting up a co-sign opportunity for my son to build his credit. What stood out to me the most was they treated my son with the same amount of respect (eye contact, informative, almost teaching) as they did me. It was important to me that he saw what a flawless transaction looked like and learned along the way. Chris and Kurt took very good care of us on the money side, were not pushy, and overall were outstanding. This transaction from start to finish stood out among all the vehicle purchases I've made. This is a testament to the culture top down from the leadership at Della, and the commitment to maintain that culture for the end user. Della should be proud of this, and I would highly recommend Chris and Kurt at Della Honda, as well as the entire staff, to anyone.

Our experience at this dealership was very disappointing.
We visited with the intention of trading in our current vehicle toward the purchase of another car they had available at the time. During our visit, we worked with Justin, who assisted us throughout the process.
After showing us the vehicle we were interested in, we sat down at his desk to discuss the trade-in value of our car. At that point, he presented us with a multi-page inspection report listing numerous alleged issues with our vehicle. What surprised us most was his comment that he was grateful we had arrived “safe and sound” because, according to him, the vehicle had significant problems.
This statement caught us completely off guard. We had recently taken the vehicle to a mechanic several times and had never been warned about any serious safety concerns. Naturally, we asked for a detailed explanation of the issues listed in the report, but the explanation we received was vague. We were simply told there was an engine-related error that triggered the check engine light, without any clear or technical explanation of the other findings. In addition, while we were trying to review and understand the report, it was quickly covered with paperwork related to financing and payment options for the new vehicle.
We fully understand that inspecting and evaluating a trade-in vehicle is a normal part of the process, and we have no issue with that. However, the way the situation was handled left us with a very negative impression. The comments that were made, combined with the lack of clear explanations, made us feel uncomfortable and gave us the impression that we were being pressured to accept a very low trade-in value rather than being provided with transparent and professional service.
Additionally, my daughter felt uncomfortable during several moments of the visit. According to her, the salesperson asked personal questions unrelated to the vehicle purchase, such as her age, and made comments about how cheerful or smiley she was. She also felt that his attention was focused on personal matters rather than on assisting us as customers.
Unfortunately, this experience did not make us feel welcomed, respected, or treated with the level of professionalism we expected from a dealership.
On a positive note, we can confirm that we made it both to and from the dealership safe and sound. Based on the impression we were given about our vehicle's condition, that almost feels like an achievement worth mentioning.

Just bought my first Honda, a CRV, from Della!! Paul Rodrigues was my salesman and he was wonderful, Ron Williams was my numbers guy he was also wonderful!! Highly recommend Della Honda!! Love my CRV!!
