I have been using Della Honda for a very long time and always find them helpful, expedient and knowledgeable.
My daughter purchased a car that ended up having an issue, when I called I expected the worst, after having dealings with other car dealerships in the past, but not the case here. The Sales Manager called back within a short time and was sympathetic to her situation, and within a few hours a workable solution was already in paper and between Eric, Paul and Kurt she was able to drive off the lot the next day.

Della Honda has been doing right by me for the last 20 years! I had a very peculiar issue from with my certified pre-owned 2021 passport, as it was letting water in. They attempted to fix it, but ultimately the problem kept coming back. They could have told me to go deal with it, or offered me THE ACTUAL value of my passport on trade.
They handled it with complete grace when Eric the sales manager came out and offered me full Kelly blue book on the passport towards a new vehicle. Chris Cole was instrumental in helping me find a car that would suit my needs. And I left with a certified 2023 crv, and couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys!

Let me tell you. I hate dealerships and salesmen. I went in knowing what car I was interested in. I didn’t want any of the typical BS that most women have to deal with. Tom O’ Sullivan delivered. He was going to make sure I left with what I wanted. He was so nice and professional and very relatable. He was extremely knowledgeable in everything about the car. From the mechanics to the interior. O’ Sullivan answered all of my questions. He didn’t try to add on anything crazy. He wasn’t pushy! 10/10 experience with him as a salesman. Made sure that the only things I paid for was taxes, title, registration, and a doc fee of $175. I was there for an hour and was gone. I told him I wanted the car detailed and gas filled up when I picked it up the next day. Came the next day and the car was shining and tank was full. There was a little mix up with the paperwork in the finance office that took longer than expected but it happens and that’s life. I am so grateful for Tom and a hassle free car buying experience. If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend going to Tom O’ Sullivan at Della Mazda. For my next car I will definitely only be going here and dealing with him. I got a 2025 Mazda CX30 and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Tom!

I went to Della Honda because my ABS, Power Steering and Braking system lights kept coming on and off in my Honda HRV. ABS Module was bad. I had an extended Warranty. While calling shops I felt defeated because no one knew about Vision Warranty. When I called Honda and spoke with Jody, they said they would work with the warranty company even though they never heard of the company. I can’t thank Jody in the service center enough for her Kindness during what felt like a rough time. She was phenomenal! Another shop told me they would have my car for weeks to months due to the warranty payment which wasn’t true at all. Honda had my car fixed within a day! Vision Warranty paid promptly ($3,000) and I was set to go! No waiting, no hassle! I highly recommend Della Honda and their team!
