- KHKalab Helms1 day ago1.0Ordered tires from the shop and set an appointment to have them replaced. The day came I dropped off my vehicle and left it there for 12 hours on the day of my appointment, no phone call or communication from the shop and when I returned to the shop I found my vehicle up on the lift with my spare tire and 3 other old tires still on the vehicle and this was at closing time. Very disappointing the lack of service as well as the lack of communication, had tires for my wife’s car scheduled the following day, was very frustrated with the front desk, not being able to find our appointment, the tires that we had ordered and as a whole the shop now under new ownership of mavis tire seemed very clueless, I will never return to this shop or any other mavis tire store and I recommend for anyone to do the same.
