  My whole windshield shattered due to the heat. I called Geico and they used Safelite to come to my home and fix it. The technician was excellent. He came during the hottest day of the year. He was quick, thorough and patient. Amazing experience. Highly recommend them.

  I have a 2026 Range Rover and my driver side window cracked. I made the appointment online and scheduled to have someone come to my house. He showed up and was very nice. He told me the Range Rover windows could be difficult but he would try his best. He was there for 2.5 hours and was not able to replace it correctly so he put the cracked window back in and had me make an appointment to drop my truck off at the safelite location. Two days later I brought it and it was there for the day. They told me I could pick it up. It looked fine at first, but when I was driving home I could hear wind coming in. When I got home I had my husband look at the truck and he was upset. It wasn’t installed properly and was not secure. (See pics). The next day I brought it back and asked them to look at it. They had to tighten some screws and attempted to fix it but a few hours later they told me that I would need to order an original window from range rover because the refurbished windows (that they use for replacements) was not able to fit tight enough. Everyone was nice. But it’s been a huge waste of time and they should have just told me this from the beginning. I paid $335 for the appointment and they’re saying a new window will be around $1,000. I would have preferred them saying that from the beginning instead of taking 3 appointments and wasting time.

  This is the worst place to take your car to to get the windshield fixed. I scheduled the car appointment a week in advance. I dropped the car off at 8:20. I get off of work at four. I arrive at 4:45. My car is still not worked on. I literally watched the young man take the key from the key drop that I did in the morning and I asked him how much longer he gonna say 2 to 3 hours. Don’t bring your car over here. The service sucks.

  Do not come here. The guy at the reception is very unprofessional. He was on the phone with a clients insurance bc the client claimed they broke something on his car and the reception was so rude to him by laughing at him instead of being considerate. Then he asks how I’m paying and I said I had some questions before we got started which he said something snarky. I asked if the lifetime warranty covered any future chips or cracks in the windshield and he said no, it only covers their work. Now the whole reason I came here was for the warranty. But for $559- absolutely not. Too many red flags for me. I’m going to a place nearby and paying $375. Don’t go here, they’re likely to mess up your car and not even be apologetic for it. Small business is better.
