- BBBrad BlumenthalAug 16, 20261.0Please use auto glass instead of Safelite. GEICO makes you use one of these two places and this location is an absolute failure from the minute. You drive your car inside. I was told it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours so I was walking to a restaurant and the receptionist called me who was a very miserable person. No people skills whatsoever tells me I need to walk back to put the top down on my car. I asked the simple question your technician doesn’t know how to put the top down. The reply was no come back and put your top down.. My appointment was at 12:30 at 4 o’clock. My car still wasn’t ready. They said they haven’t started on it yet. It’ll be another 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Finally I get my car back three days later the molding on the car flies off they didn’t replace the snaps. They use the broken pieces and tried to glue the molding to it. Long story short I’ve been waiting over two weeks to have the piece replaced. They say it’s on order when I said who did you order it from because Mazda said it takes a day they said we can’t tell you it’s ordered through corporate when I called corporate. the said it’s ordered through the shop and then they hang up on me. Don’t go near these people.
