  Service technician was punctual, professional and expeditious. He called beforehand informing me that he was on his way and he arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time. He first reviewed my work order with me to ensure that it was exactly what I had requested then he went over the repair process detailing what he was about to do to complete the job providing an estimate completion time which was eventual achieved

  I live in Valley Stream, NY, and my car windshield was broken by a large tree branch. I was told that I should go to the Liberty area to get it fixed, but it was dangerous to drive the car, even though I still had visibility from the driver’s side. I called several places, but they were all asking for the same price or even more, and I would have had to drive the car to the shop. Then I checked Safelite and was pleasantly surprised to find that their price was the same or even lower than some of the other places. The best part was that Safelite came to my home and provided the service right at my door. The technician was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He also cleaned the car very well after completing the job. The lifetime warranty is an added bonus. Overall, I had a great experience with Safelite and would definitely recommend them!

  Horrible experience. I brought my 2022 Subaru in for a windshield replacement after I was specifically told to bring it to the shop because my car has cameras and needed calibration. I left my car there for FOUR HOURS, only to be told they couldn’t calibrate it. They put temporary glass on and told me to come back the following week. I went back today and once again they couldn’t get it done. Now they’re telling me to take it to Subaru. They could have told me from the beginning to take my car to Subaru instead of wasting my time with two trips and still leaving the job unfinished. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

  My technician, Anthony Jesus from Safelite was really great at what he does. He explained what he was going to do and did it fast. Very polite.
