  The branch manager Sush was more than helpful when I needed a rental for the weekend. I reserved a 7 seater a week in advance and she and her team were all very professional and accommodating to what I was looking for and the date for when I needed it. Didn't feel rushed or the need to go elsewhere and the entire rental process was smooth. Will be doing business again with my local Queens Village Enterprise for these reasons. Thanks again!

  Came in to pick up my rental and was greeted by all of the welcoming associates here! I was helped by Angel, a new rep that I could have assumed worked there for years! He went above and beyond to talk me through my rental, get me set up, and vacuumed the car before handing me the keys. His demeanor was so positive and refreshing, kudos to his manager for being a great leader! This team and their office have a great process, system of communication, and overall excellent service!

  Marco made the rental experience top-notch with his warmth, genuine conversational interest, and commitment to making sure we got the best deal I could given my rental parameters. For example, he pointed out that I could make my return time later for no extra cost, and that ended up coming in CLUTCH! Also, this particular location is confoundingly affordable?? I rented my vehicle for literally half the price of renting out of Manhattan, and it was a 2026 model that drove like a charm. I will definitely be renting from this location again in the future!

  The staff were very nice and professional. But they need to do better with the rental cars. They smell so bad like tobacco smoke. The car I had was nice but I wish it didnt smell like ashtray I ended up returning it early because the smell was nauseating. Its a shame. They need to do better with taking care of their rental cars.

  On Friday, 4/24/26, my partner was hit while stopped at a stop sign (the other driver’s insurance accepted full fault), he needed a rental quickly. We went to Enterprise Rent-A-Car—and I'm so glad we did. The agent, Marco, was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Marco showed genuine empathy for the situation, stayed attentive throughout the process, and clearly knew his stuff when it came to the vehicle and rental details. He made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. Honestly, if every place had a “Marco,” customers would always feel taken care of. I hope his manager sees this—he’s a true asset to Enterprise and someone who really elevates the customer experience.
