- MFMOHAMMED FOYSALMar 31, 20261.0What a awful experience purchasing a Agm Battery for my vehicle at the original purchase date store manager - Sean Checked me out he unfortunately made a mistake instead of listing the battery he sold on the system he listed some other random battery rather than fixing his mistake he let it be like that once I went back in the store after 2 months of using that battery issue for warranty Exchange he denied to do warranty exchange as he mistakenly listed wrong battery on the system store manager Sean refused to give me warranty exchange battery neither refunded my money or any help at all this is extremely disappointing customer service from AutoZone this specific location I have been using AutoZone for over 8yrs this is first experience of fraud by this location AutoZone - please Return my money back as Iām refused by store manger to get my warranty exchange himself is responsible for this terrible mess no doubt š¤¦š½āāļø
