Had a nail in the tire. Had them check it. Found it in less than a minute and had it patched and out the door in less than 30 mins. without an appointment in the middle of their busy day. Long drive ahead back to southern PA and not worried about making home now.

I called regarding a flat tire and asked if I could come in the following morning to see if the tire could be patched. I also asked if they could set aside a specific set of tires in case it couldn’t be repaired. They were accommodating and told me to come in first thing in the morning. The car was on the lift within 10mins. They able to patch the tire & didn’t charge me a dime!
I had taken the same tire to Jeep at Driver’s Village the day before. They told me it couldn’t be repaired and that I needed new tires, immediately presenting me with 3 replacement options priced around $230–$260. I declined and left
The puncture was right in the tread, not the sidewall!
