  Usually I have a great experience, NOT THIS TIME. It was very Chaotic and they were all over the place. The lady next to me was experiencing the same thing because we said to EACHOTHER this is scary . They didn't even know if they put oil in her car or not. Mine I was afraid they were charging me twice because they would start something and then walk away and someone else would come over and not know where the other person left off. Very scary experience and I've never had this before here.

  Always friendly never too long a wait, staff are knowledgeable and professional, recommend using these places instead of waiting for cars at dealership or garage no appointment needed. very convenient.

  I was able to get in and get out which I appreciate but with that said and done the customer appreciation was NOT there. I looked up, they were guiding me in to change my oil. I looked down and they were guiding me out. But they didn't thank me for my visit. I over heard more about their personal lives than I did about my oil change. Not that I cared but I felt the customer service was lacking. The guy put the sticker on the windshield so quick I didn't even notice it. I came back thinking the guy didn't take off the old sticker but he did. I am so used to the guy making me aware of the new sticker and giving me a recap of all that was done. I can't say I had a bad experience but it was lacking "more". I also wanted my cabin filter changed and the rear wiper but they didn't mention it so I forgot. They usually will try to upsell me their first born but this time they forgot or didn't care.

  Been waiting too long in the drive-through. Valvoline doesn’t wanna pay the money to have enough workers. There is just one guy, staring at the computer screen and walking around doing nothing, and another guy that disappears, comes back and disappears again without doing any work. No one is performing any actions on the cars in front of me. They’re just floating around. They’re doing things like taking out the garbage and going in and out the office. I’m gonna have to ask them to skip any electrical checks because I’m in a rush to get home now This will be my last visit to this location.
