  I came to fix my AC. It was 95 degrees out and I told them my ac is blowing hot air. They told me to wait in line so I waited over an hour in 95 degree weather. When I finally got inside they ran a test and told me they couldn't fix it. Why would you tell someone to wait in line over an hour in this weather if there is any chance that you can not provide the service?

  $38.99 for synthetic European oil 5 quarts $38.99....you guys have a hell of a nerve charging almost $150.00..for an oil change...I will never visit your establishment again..and I have already put u on blast on all social media... Face book Twitter Instagram Snap chat

  Folks are always friendly even when it's busy and terribly hot outside. I'm always greeted quickly and wait times are always reasonable for a drop-in service. I'm often offered other services and I usually go with them, but if I say no, no one is pushy. The Poughkeepsie Valvoline is my go-to for quick maintenance services, mainly oil changes.

  Always a smooth experience when I come here. I will forever come to this Valvoline. Artero was very personable and professional. He was mainly who I dealt with but Trevor and Benjamin were helpful and appreciated as well for their swift services. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Thanks so much for the consistency and great professionalism.
