  Appointment was very easy to make, especially being i need 2 cars windshields replaced. Glass tech George arrived on time, did a great job and finished both cars fast and efficiently. Clean and quality work, he did an outstanding job!! Highly recommended

  I work in the automotive field..as someone that has to manage appointments and deal with ppl.I can say i was handle unprofessional by the mrg that runs this place....ill drive with no windshield be i deal with them!

  Moises and Dennis were very friendly and professional, they came out on Friday afternoon to repair the crack in the windshield but the crack unfortunately grew to more than 6 inches, instead of just leaving they got on the phone and were able to apply the payment for the repair towards a new windshield and got that scheduled for Monday. George was the technician for that day and he was also very professional and friendly, it was very hot on Monday and he didn't complain at all. I gave him 2 bottles of water so he could stay hydrated and I felt bad he was out in this heat. He completed the order and showed me the work and let me know not to drive the car for 30 minutes and not to wash it for 2 days and let me know of the lifetime warranty. All in all the experience was great. Would recommend

  The auto glass techs at Safelite are really attentive! I was referred by my auto repair technicians whom I love at Arlington Auto & Tire as one of the best! And they were right. The safelite team even reset the sensors in my windshield so I didnt have to go back to the expensive car dealership. Safelite did a perfect job!

  Whatever you do avoid the Safelite Poughkeepsie - they replaced my windshield and broke off the plastic side pillars on my 2020 Defender. They glued them back on and they literally came flying off on the highway. They then told me they would only fix it if they could do the work which I refused. I had my mechanic do the work and they finally agreed to pay for it. I just received an email from my mechanic's office that Cesar Donas the manager at Safelite Poughkeepsie has been ghosting her and not returning calls or emails about the payment which still has not been paid since in a month. Whatever you do avoid this location.
