  Installer arrived in the time slot, explained in detail what was going to be done, completed the window replacement and explained after care of the windshield. Highly recommend.

  Safelite did an exceptional job with my car! Jake was amazing—thorough, kind, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. The team was courteous and efficient, and I especially appreciated that they sourced the actual Porsche glass, rather than installing an aftermarket window. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent service, quality work, and great attention to detail. I highly recommend Safelite, and especially Jake, for taking such great care of my car! 🚗👏

  Moises, a technician from Safelight, came to my house to repair a crack in the windshield of my ‘25 Subaru Crosstrek, and did a fantastic job with the repair. He explained everything as he was making the repair and did it in a very easy going, personable way. It was just a very pleasant experience, chatting with Moises and seeing the process of repairing the windshield while it was being explained. The job was completed and I am very happy with the result. I’d absolutely call Safelight again for a windshield repair, and would probably request Moises to do it!

  Christopher the Technician who replaced my windshield was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process on what he did to ensure the safety of my new windshield. Christopher was very professional, polite, and patient. I came in because a tree branch him my 2010 Jeep liberty and shattered my windshield. Christopher was able to get my car in and out quickly with quality work. The woman at the front desk was very helpful as well. She went above and beyond to help me coordinate transportation to pick up my car after service and ensured that I was able to get home with my vehicle. This location has the best techs.

  Replaced front windshield. Overall good experience, interaction and payment from the insurance company was seamless. After the second day I had to drive the car through a driving rain, and had no leaks. Car was ready when promised and a got a phone call letting me know. Had to go back the next day to pick up the EZ-Pass velcro strips, which were promised at drop off but not provided. These were given at no charge. They also didn't leave any paperwork from the repair for my files, but this was also given the next day without a problem. The inside of the glass wasn't cleaned, and I only realized it the next morning when I was driving into the sun. These few nits are the only things keeping this from being a five-star review but overall I was satisfied and would go back again.
