  If I could give 5 stars to Emily and another 5 to Dylan, I absolutely would! I originally leased a brand-new Mazda from this dealership in 2024. Unfortunately, over the next two years, the car needed five warranty repairs. Since I live in Brooklyn, I always went to my local Mazda dealership for service, and honestly, the experience was terrible. My car would be stuck there for long periods, loaners were never available, and almost every visit turned into an argument over warranty coverage. And when you run a business and depend on your car every day, having it sitting in a repair shop is a huge problem. So when Emily called and mentioned an opportunity to end my lease early, I was definitely interested, but I wasn’t exactly excited about dealing with Mazda again. Well, Emily completely changed that! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, genuine, patient, and incredibly helpful. She actually listened to my concerns and made me feel like a person, not just another sale. No pressure, no games, just honest communication and a real effort to find something that worked for me. And that’s exactly what she did! I ended up signing another Mazda lease, not only because the offer was great, but because Emily managed to turn two years of frustration into a genuinely positive experience. And then there was Dylan, who handled the financial side. What a pleasure! We even discovered we’re both from Brooklyn! He made the entire process quick, smooth, and easy to understand. He patiently answered every question, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Just a great attitude, a smile, and true professionalism. What impressed me most about both of them was how comfortable they made the whole experience. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely appreciated as a customer. Emily and Dylan, thank you for reminding me what great customer service should feel like. You both deserve 5 stars each! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ + ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  This Mazda dealership is outstanding. Anthony provided endless support and assistance in making this experience seamless. He is irreplaceable! Randy is knowledgeable pleasant and patient. Much appreciated! Not to mention Andrew who helped with navigating the new system. Vinny provided excellent explanations with the financial aspects of this lease and Destany was always pleasant and directed my calls appropriately..   I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect I experienced at this dealership. The sales representative, Randy, was extremely disrespectful and even told me that I was being “too meticulous.” The vehicle I purchased was brand new, yet it was covered in black spots and clearly had not been properly prepared for delivery. I waited over 6 hours while they supposedly detailed the vehicle. Unfortunately, when I finally received it, there were still numerous spots remaining. I was then told to return the following day to have the issue addressed. I returned at the exact time I was instructed to and ended up waiting another 3 hours. A brand-new vehicle should be delivered in proper condition, and customers should be treated with professionalism and respect throughout the process. Unfortunately, neither was my experience. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience at Mazda of Poughkeepsie! I just purchased my new CX-70 and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the entire buying process. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience incredibly easy from start to finish. There was never any unnecessary pressure, everything was explained clearly, and I genuinely felt like they cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. The CX-70 is an incredible vehicle, and the team made picking it up feel even more special. It’s refreshing to have a dealership experience that is straightforward, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. I would 100% recommend Mazda of Poughkeepsie to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I’ll definitely be sending friends and family their way. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me!
