  I can’t say enough good things about Andrew at Route 9 Mazda! I’ve known Andrew for years, so when it came time to purchase my next vehicle, I already knew I could trust him, and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. Andrew helped me find my 2023 Mazda CX-50 and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. He genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me rather than just making a sale. It’s rare to find someone in the car business who you can truly trust, and Andrew is exactly that. I’m so happy with my CX-50 and even happier that I got to work with someone I’ve known and trusted for years. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Andrew at Route 9 Mazda!

  After an awful and disappointing experience at Mazda White Plains, my husband and I decided to give Route 9 Mazda a chance. We are SO glad we did. Brandon was so patient during the 4 hours we spent deciding on our car. He understood how important it was to us that we chose a car that we will love for the term of our lease. From moment we spoke to him on the phone, right up until the delivery of our CX70, Brandon was very professional and pleasant the entire time. We’re looking forward to continuing working with this dealership in the future!

  I had an excellent experience here at Route 9 Mazda. I came in and met Nasir and told him lots of ideas about what I thought I would want! He was kind and patient and never pushy. He showed me a lot of cars to try! Once I narrowed it down, he introduced me to Anthony his sales manager, who assisted me over the phone on Nasir’s day off. The team was communicative on my needs and available 24/7. I am extremely happy with the vehicle that I chose. The day of pick up I was welcomed by Nasir and Indira in the finance department. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured here and would def recommend this place to friends in search of a new car!

Jim Green makes the leasing process a pleasure, stress free & we could not be happier! This is our 2nd consecutive Mazda lease with Jim Green and we will continue to lease from Route 9 Mazda because of Jim Green. We also would like to mention Indira RoJas who is the finance manager and was also outstanding and made the entire process an absolute pleasure. Thanks so much Jim & Indira!!!   When people ask me why I’m so loyal to Route 9 Mazda, I usually tell them it’s because they accidentally created a repeat customer… though I’d prefer they stop seeing me under such dramatic circumstances. I was first introduced to Mazda through a friend who owned a 2016 CX-5. After hearing how much she loved it, I knew that when it came time to buy my first car, Mazda was at the top of my list. My first experience at Route 9 Mazda was unforgettable. I was 40 weeks pregnant, due literally any day, and waddled into the dealership hoping to leave with a car before I left for the hospital. I was lucky enough to work with Andrew Nandlal, who somehow made buying a car while nine months pregnant completely stress-free. He listened to every one of my non-negotiables, found the perfect vehicle, and, perhaps most importantly, brought my very pregnant self ice cream to celebrate. Honestly, that’s customer service worthy of its own award. Fast forward a few years, and life threw me a curveball. My son and I were involved in a serious accident when my Mazda CX-5 was T-boned directly on the driver’s side. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. When I turned around to check on my son, he was completely unharmed… actually smiling back at me. I walked away with only minor scratches despite taking the full impact. That experience solidified something I’d already believed: Mazda builds incredibly safe vehicles built to withstand toddlers and accidents. The very next morning, I reached out to Andrew about replacing my vehicle. Without missing a beat, he helped me check inventory and scheduled a time for me to come in. Once again, he made the entire process feel effortless. He encouraged me to test drive anything I was interested in, patiently walked me through every feature, and answered what was probably my 437th question with the same enthusiasm as the first. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Buying a car with Andrew feels less like dealing with a salesperson and more like having an incredibly knowledgeable friend who’s genuinely excited to help you find the right vehicle. The experience doesn’t stop after the sale, either. Every visit to the service department has been pleasant. I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs, and the technicians always take the time to explain things and answer my questions. Even the front desk staff have gone above and beyond. Something as simple as struggling to replace my registration sticker turned into another example of their willingness to help with whatever they can. They treat people like neighbors instead of customers. Because of the consistently amazing experiences I’ve had, I’ve recommended Route 9 Mazda to just about anyone willing to listen. Most recently, a friend traveled all the way from Connecticut to buy her very first car from Andrew. Within a few hours, she purchased her dream Mazda, and to make things even easier, the dealership arranged to deliver her vehicle from New York to Connecticut without any hassle. Buying a car is usually ranked somewhere between going to the DMV and assembling furniture without instructions on the list of “things people don’t look forward to.” Somehow, Route 9 Mazda has turned it into something I actually enjoy. Between the exceptional customer service, an outstanding service department, and a salesperson who apparently doubles as an ice cream concierge, they’ve earned a customer for life. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers before, during, and long after the sale, I can’t recommend Route 9 Mazda and Andrew Nandlal highly enough.
