I had the absolute best experience at this location with Chris and Angela. Our tire was leaking air and we were on our way to an important vet appointment all the way in another state. Chris and Angela mobilized so quickly to help us. Chris moved things around on the schedule and Angela ran out to get the tires. They made a difference in our day and because of it, I would go out of my way to go back to this Mavis location. They should be named employees of the month!

I brought my vehicle to Mavis today for a scheduled New York State inspection and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Chris, who was welcoming, courteous, and professional. Even though the shop was extremely busy first thing in the morning, Chris and the rest of the staff handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and grace.
My inspector, Christian, was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of my vehicle and discuss a few items I should keep an eye on in the future. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the time and attention he gave me.
Excellent customer service can be hard to find, and the team at Mavis delivered. I’m very pleased with the service I received and sincerely appreciate the professionalism and care shown to me as a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to others.

Fast affordable service. I cam in with alot of questions about my vehicle and spoke to Chris. He was able to answer all my questions and find a solution to the problem I was having. Chris and Chris at this Mavis are courteous, kind, and upfront about what my car needs. I come to this Mavis because I trust the entire crew to do honest work and help me keep my car running safely. The work done is explained prior in a way that both respects and genuinely informs customers. The staff keeps you in the loop in a timely manner over the phone if you need to leave your car for work. The lobby is nice, with a TV (customers have the remote), water cooler, and a clean bathroom. Additionally, there's a free air pump in front of the location, which I really appreciate.
