I've had emergency services (battery, tires) and scheduled services done here. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and always provide the fairest price possible. This morning my tire light came on for 2 tires, same side- screw in sidewall of 1, valve on the other. Due to age, decided to unexpectedly invest in 4 new tires. Took me in w/o an appointment, comparable tires in stock, worked with me on price & found a rebate. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Mavis with my tire purchase and oil change. The service was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

I had a really good experience at Mavis overall. I brought my Audi in for an inspection, a new tire, and to repair a tire with a nail in it.
There were a couple of little communication hiccups along the way, including the tire being delayed and the oil change not being completed when I first picked up the car. The inspection reminder also hadn’t been reset. I brought it to Mehdi’s attention, and he was great about it. He and Josh took care of everything while I waited, and they even comped the oil change because of the mix-up, which I really appreciated.
Josh really stood out to me. The pride he takes in his work was obvious, and he was genuinely concerned about making sure I left feeling good about my car. He told me that once he works on someone’s car, he considers it his car too — and you could tell he really meant it. That kind of care is something you don’t always find.
Mehdi was also friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Things don’t always go perfectly, but I really appreciated how they handled the hiccups, made things right, and made sure I left happy.
Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely go back and would be happy to have Josh and Mehdi take care of my car again.

If there is a zero star, I'd like to click that. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. I LOST $350 for NOTHING DONE ON MY CAR. ALL LIES FROM 1ST STEP INTO THE STORE ALL THE WAY TO THE PICK UP MY CAR. NOTHING WAS DONE. I spent $300 for 2 things, 1) Alignment 2) TPMS and install. NO ALIGNMENT DONE ON MY CAR. NO TPMS INSTALL. ONLY THING DONE WAS GETTING MY MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD. THAT WAS QUICK. I GOT MY CAR EXACTLY THE SAME AS BEFORE. THE CORPORATE WON'T HELP YOU EITHER. IT'S FASTER YOU BURN THE CASH UP. It's always an UPSELL OR SOME SORT SO THEIR COMMISSION GOES UP. THEIR JOB IS TO SCAM PEOPLE. THAT'S ALL THEY DO. ALL MY FRIENDS DON'T GO THERE, YOU SHOULDN'T ALSO.
