  Great service and a very welcoming, friendly team! I first stopped at Mavis, but they told me the wait time would be over an hour. Since I had a flat tire and needed to get back to Manhattan quickly, I decided to try J&J instead. It was the best decision—I was in and out in under 40 minutes. The team handled everything with great care, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and updated me on the status of my tire. I really appreciated their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service. The waiting room was also a pleasant surprise—it was thoughtfully decorated with car-related memorabilia, vintage photos, unique trinkets, and even books to browse while waiting. A great touch that made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

  Being away at college and dealing with car problems is stressful enough, so when our son discovered a gas leak in his vehicle we were extremely worried. Thankfully, this mechanic shop was honest, professional, and truly looked out for him instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or take advantage of the situation. They diagnosed the issue quickly, communicated everything clearly, and got the repair handled at a fair price. Most importantly, they treated our son with kindness and respect, which meant a lot to us being parents miles away. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of integrity and customer service these days. We’re incredibly thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics who genuinely care about people.
