Riley and the entire staff did an amazing job. My car looks brand new! They even cleaned the interior and gave it a full detailing. When I picked it up, it was spotless, fresh, and smelled wonderful. Everyone at the shop was friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their excellent work and customer service. I made an appointment to get the work done. I was told 3-5 days it would take. They knew i needed a rental and i needed my car back asap because my rental was much smaller the my 3 row suv and that i have 3 young children. 11 days later i had my car back with almost 700 miles more than i dropped it off with. Also getting an error message about the front right headlight, that they just replaced. So i had no car for 11days, paid 1k deductible and now i have to bring to somewhere to look at the light again because i won’t bring it back there even though they said they honor their work, i would never bring it back there again.

With not only top tier products, but also top tier owner, to the great team of true bodymen (not just part changers) they actually know how to work with metal/plastic to shape it so well that they use very little filler! And the paint work, well best I've ever seen! The mechanic shop is extremely knowledgeable with average prices, but with top tier work! All that, and you get your car back before the estimated completion date. As long as parts aren't on national backorder. And even if they are, they will get you back on the road, once the part comes in, they call, you set up a day (or longer depending on the job size) you want to bring your car back for your new parts!
