Enterprise roadside said once the vehicle was towed to go to the Poughkeepsie location as that was closet to get a replacement. On arrive about 11:30am I was told there were no cars and a waitlist and I could not be moved to the top of the list. I called the Beacon location to explain and the manger called Poughkeepsie and I was told to go back, after already losing work time.

- EGErin GarrisonJun 10, 20262.0I am very disappointed and angry with the service my brother-in-law had today at the Wappinger Falls enterprise car rental on South Rd. He had taken an Uber there to pickup his rental car at 8AM. He had his license, credit card and debit card with him. The young man he was dealing with demanded that he needed another form of ID to verify his residence. The customer service agent would not let him rent the car without verifying his address with an electric bill or another type of bill. My brother-in-law had to then take another Uber back to his home to get an electric bill and take the Uber back to enterprise. Finally, by 10:30 and $100 dollars later, he was able to get the rental car. I have never had this experience nor have I ever heard of this happening anywhere. I believe this company owes him an apology and they should reimburse him the money he is out for the Uber. I will never recommend this company at this location again the owner was extremely arrogant and rude. Erin Garrison
