  Dre at the Poughkeepsie Enterprise has gone above and beyond for me, not once, but twice in a row! I honestly feel blessed to have been helped by him both times. He’s friendly, attentive, and truly knows how to make a customer satisfied. I can hands-down say Dre has perfected customer satisfaction. He made both experiences amazing, and I hope Enterprise knows what a gem they have in him. Ask for Dre—you won’t be disappointed!

  Full disclosure— I decided to not rent a car from here, but only after making a reservation, completing pre check online, and taking an uber from the train station to get the car. My experience was that the car I was supposed to rent had significant damage on a fender and passenger side window and less damage (but visable) on multiple areas of the vehicle. I wanted the rental representative to walk through with me and document damage but he walked away from me DURING THE WALKTHROUGH TO GO INSIDE CAR TO CHECK FUEL LEVEL (which was 5/8 full). When I expressed my concerns about documenting damage I was told I could take videos of the car if there was a dispute. I know I can— and I did— but what does that have to do with them doing their job? And of I am charged for damage I didn’t cause I am the one who has to “prove my innocence” — it’s a hassle and I live out of state and shouldn’t have to be set up to have to fight that fight. It’s lousy customer service and shady, shady, shady, The male agent tried to mansplain to me why his employee didn’t do his job. No thank you sir, I don’t need a car that badly to put up with this nonsense. Took an Uber to my hotel and will muddle along without. And— I went through the precheck to have all my info set up, and the emptier I worked with was walking around with my credit card like it was his after verification of my put of state license when Enterprise already had my credit card on file and my physical card should have been given back to me with my license — it’s not your card and you don’t need it— don’t be flapping it around like a fan — give it back

  Had a great experience so far with this location! They sent someone to come pick me up from the auto body shop I dropped my car in for repair which made everything really smooth. Patrick helped me out and he was great- super kind and helpful. The car is clean and great so far! Would recommend.

  Enterprise is exceptional staff wise n vehicle wise. It was the insurance company of the person who hit my car. They refused to pay for the weeks rental and paid for only three days. So I’m stuck with the balance of the rental which is just about $70.00! I’m highly upset and disgusted with her insurance company b
