I gotta give a shout out to Lance. He tested my battery and found that it was a bad battery and was able to replace it on the spot for me. He also pointed out that one of my battery terminals was kind of loose and recommended that I get it changed. very professional very thorough and just a real stand-up Guy. Car maintenance can be stressful enough and it’s awesome to have Professionals in this industry, they know what they’re doing!

We arrived at 8am and the two employees who were opening the store I presume, were just walking in and we asked if we could come in and were told no we had to wait. Which we did for over 10 minutes when the store opened at 8am while the employees that we could clearly see through the windows were just playing around on their phones knowing we were patiently waiting outside and ignored us until we left. That's terrible customer service and we will not be coming back to that store ever again.

As someone who has spent their entire life in the automotive business, I know how commercial accounts are supposed to work. This AutoZone location clearly doesn't. They outright lied to me over a $3 price match for out-of-stock oil filters. They blamed the computer system, then blamed the fact that they aren't my 'home branch' (a complete lie, as other branches accommodate this perfectly fine), before finally admitting their store just doesn't make enough money to allow it. It's not about the $3, it's about the lack of respect and honesty for the shops that keep them in business. Pathetic.
