This location used to be great. About 2 years ago a different manager came in. They are full of crap and try to take advantage of customers. I have extensive mechanical knowledge and called them out on several occasions.

Got to the shop first thing in the morning. Brad welcomed me and took the information needed very quickly. Brad kept me informed with battery checks and other upcoming maintenance items I need to be aware of for the near future. Got all four tires replaced with an alignment, in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you Brad and your team.

They have really good service here. Derby was very helpful. I had an appointment at a Pep Boys, but after I got there, I was told they were out of patches, so they wasted my time. At Mavis, I got there a little after 9am and was patched and ready to go before 10am. Would definitely recommend.

So I had my car serviced at the Port Jeff Station NYS Route 347 location. Brad was my intake manager and the staff did an amazing job on my 2015 frontier. The vehicle needed new front brake brakes and alignment, upper and lower tie, rods and rear shocks with all set and done. It came under $3000 and money well spent in the vehicle is running top-notch. I would highly recommend before you go to that guy go to this vehicle repair shop who has a wonderful reputation of doing such a great job.
