We were in NY for a sad family event and got a flat while we there. Thought we could stop by the shop on Nesconset to get a quick plug and be on our way but the tire damage was worse than we thought. Derby took the tire off the rim and showed us the problems.
We’d planned to buy new tires at the end of the year but decided to replace all 4 tires now instead of 2 now/ 2 then. Derby fit us in right away and made the day a little easier. It was a real nice surprise to see that they also put away the donut spare and all the road tools!
If we lived in the area we’d do all our tire shopping there!

Got a lovely lil nail stuck in my tire and they fixed me right up!! They were super fast and it took, I kid you not, like 15 minutes TOPS. I thought I’d have to pay an arm and a leg and I DIDN’T! They even threw in a battery and brake check for the low low price of free-ninety-nine. Talk about peace of mind. Derby up at the front was also super friendly and really made everything feel seamless and easy - all around great experience. Hope I don’t have another mishap like this one, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going - 10 outta 10!
